I moved in this apt in April 2023. Yes. The services are really good. I am happy n thankful to the office lady. Recommend.

I recently moved to this property, they have very good service, and it is quite quiet. My daughter recommended me and I am happy to live here.

A very quiet place, 24-hour security, there are no drunks, everything is very clean and garbage is not allowed to accumulate, so everything is super organized. They have special treatment for all the staff. I have been here for 1 and a half years and I have no regrets. I recommend it 100%.

Good apartment complex to live in, security, price and I appreciate the food they give the children.

Upate:
This is long overdue, I have talked to their representatives and it have been resolved very promptly. Supposedly, there is a 3rd party that handles with the application and the transaction process. 1 star -> 4 star. Unfortunately, due to the popularity of this location and service this place is very and requires a lot of patience. Do your due diligence and personally go in person if you can avoid doing it over the phone beyond setting up an appointment.

I initially was trying to get an apartment from here and frequently called them to make sure there was one available. It was a lot of work to get a hold of them and they would either hang up on me and make me wait for a long time. I invested quite a lot of time to secure a place but unfortunately one of the tenants renewed and the other place trashed theirs and takes 2 weeks to a month to recover their place to a new state. However, I emailed them frequently to return my security deposit and they ignored me quite some time. It's been around 3 weeks to a month for this whole process. I was really hopeful from the reviews, but I'm extremely disappointed.

Sunbllossom Gardens I have lived happily here for 11 years, I am happy with the good service from everyone, a very good work team and excellent neighbors and location.

It is one of the very good complexes, very good space, excellent customer service, especially Maria, Sarita Andy, thank you very much, I have been living here for several years, I went to live elsewhere but came back, I like this place. I recommend it

Good and fast management, once you call for maintenance, they always come to your door in 10 minutes.

I just moved here, it was recommended to me and I have received very good service, I feel good here, tranquility, security, lots of order. I really like it here.

I have been living in this community for 9 years and I am very happy, my children live here too, good service and attention from all the workers and María especially for being very patient with all of us and my entire family. Thank you to all the employees here, they are very friendly and helpful.
