Love our shades and shutters. The sales rep who came to our home and measured the windows and provided the quote was very friendly and listened to what we wanted. He provided a quote for shades on all of the windows in the back of the house and quotes for custom shutters for the windows in the front. The front windows were rounded on top and my wife hated the fact that with blinds, the sun still came through on top. The proposed shutters were perfect.

Since the lead time for the shutters was longer than for the shades, the installers came out the first time when the shades were ready and installed them. They came a second time when the shutters were finished. It would have been easier for them to wait until both the shades and shutters were finished, but they made two separate trips to our home.

Ron and Guy were the installers both times. They were both very polite and did an amazing job installing everything.

Our first interaction with this wonderful company was with Collins Jones - he helped us find the perfect window treatments for our home. Roy and Vince installed shutters for all our windows - they did a great job and we’re so grateful. Since the shutters are made to order they do take a few weeks but they are worth the wait and the cost. This company uses window treatments manufactured right here in the USA which we love. Their employees have decades of experience and speak highly of the company which was so nice to hear. The shutters look clean, can be adjusted for a little or a lot of natural light, are super easy to clean, are waterproof and have lifetime warranty. All in all a great experience. Thank you so much Sunburst Shutters. I’d give you all 10 stars if I could.

I was very impressed with Sunburst Shutters. They were responsive in setting up appointments for both a quote and install, and the work they did is really great. I'm now wanting shutters throughout the whole house! I also found their prices reasonable. Definitely recommend this company for shutter/shade work!

Outstanding company with fair prices! Collins came out took his measurements and then met my wife and with some fabric options for our window shades. Their customer service team reached out to schedule with us, and their install team was polite and courteous and very quick to install. Collins even came out after the install to adjust one of our shades. I cannot recommend this company enough.

Sunburst Shutters installed white Plantation shutters in my home in 1996. They have been in my home nearly 30 years and they look amazing! They have never yellowed, warped or had any issues. Some of the magnets failed. They sent me new sets of magnets for all of my shutters. They would have sent an installer, but that was during the covid shutdown. I sold my home and will definitely purchase from Sunburst when I move to a new home. You can't go wrong with the investment!

My husband and I bought this home now about three years ago and have slowly been renovating it. Exterior and interior paint, done. Floors, done. Appliances, done. Decor, done.but something was missing. We saw shutter treatments at a friend's house and fell in love with them. We originally set up for a consultation with Texas Shutters and Blinds but after meeting with them, we didn't feel confident in proceeding with our purchase. After doing more research we found out that several family members and friends used Sunburst Shutters so we quickly reached out to them. Steve came out and met with us for a couple hours, showing us and telling us more about the shutters than the previous company had. We were blown away by the details he brought to our attention regarding our horizontal sliding windows, the half moon window, etc. Only half way through meeting with Steve we knew we were ready. We did the entire house; Getting these new shutters felt like Christmas morning for a six year old! Despite having to wait two months for them to be custom made.the accuracy of the measurements, the precision of the build made it well worth the wait! Ron and Guy came out to install them and let me tell you, they were the most WONDERFUL, profession, politest men I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. Usually I dread having to be the one to stay home for home-related work but these men made it stress free! We have three large dogs who are just as loving as can be and these men interacted and played with them as if they were their own. They were quick and efficient [I think we spent most the time talking and playing with the dogs! ] As soon as they left I instantly started taking pictures to send to my husband at work, just knowing he was going to love them as much as I did but seeing them in person.
