We just finished our cool deck replacement on our back patio and I am impressed with the results. The crew of two and sometimes three that worked on our patio were hands-down some of the hardest workers I’ve seen. The office staff was able to schedule us a month ahead of time, and worked around our vacation time.

I am very satisfied with the work Sundek of Austin did on restoring our decking that was 20 + years old. The crews arrived on time, cleaned up each day, and did a very nice job.

Sundek Austin just re-finished our 18 yr old Knockdown Textured pool deck with the same and we are very pleased with how it turned out. The crew was friendly, conscientious, thorough and never seemed like they were rushing to finish. They also left everything clean. Zach Wheeler was our sales representative and he was a pleasure to work with and was very patient with us as it took us a while to decide to move forward.

We are in the customer service industry and that is what we strive to accomplish. We know here at SUNDEK it is impossible to please every client we come across but we do our best to make sure each and every client we serve is happy with each job we do. There are some clients we bend over backwards for and go over and beyond to please and still have negative feedback in the end. We use these few clients as learning curves and tools to help better our custom service. From the first initial contact to the last correspondence with our clients we want them to feel they are part of our SUNDEK family. We have been family owned and operated here in Austin, Texas since 1984 and plan to keep growing our SUNDEK family with great customers. Most of us know happy clients rarely write reviews online due to the time it takes. We send out survey requests or review request to each and every client after a project is completed and I honestly wish we could post all of these reviews and feedback we get on Google and other search engines alike. The actual Deck is fine, the border is awful and they won’t come out and fix it. The supervisor came out and admitted it was not good. Word to the wise, don’t expect follow through if you have a problem, NEVER pay the full bill if you are not happy
They resurfaced our pool deck last year.

We recently had Sundek resurface our existing back patio and our pool deck. We could not be happier with the product, service and how smooth the process went. If you are looking for decking then I highly recommend you try Sundek.

The verbal communication I had with the sales guy was crystal clear. His proposal was sloppy, vague and pretty much a cut and paste exercise from another similar job. Honestly I didn't think it would come back to bite me but it did. Sundek wanted to charge me again to come out and seal the 6 feet of joint that they missed. That's right, they wouldn't make good on coming back out to address two 3 feet sections of joint that would've taken ten minutes to address and $10 dollars of material. They didn't care that I told them I'd describe the incident in a review. If you use these guys make sure you have an airtight statement of work in writing or you may get an added up-charge at the end of the job.a common theme in other reviews. Poor business decisions made at all levels of this organization.

The salesperson that came to my house was very nice. The application was done in a timely fashion, they taped off everything else as to not get it anywhere else. Everything went as smoothly as possible. Looks great.

This is a fantastic company. Everyone who was involved from sales (Kevin Thiemer) to the installation crew were talented, polite, informative and thorough. You must give them serious consideration when making your selection of concrete finishing.

I cannot express how satisfied I am with our new pool deck and pool coping.
We reached out to Sundek and they brought us plenty of samples and ideas on how to go from the rough concrete patio we had to a very comfortable patio.
The crew that did the job was very good and always on time. They were very friendly and open to minor adjustments or touch ups we wanted to make while they were working.
At the very end of the job, we were a bit unhappy with how one of the colors turned out. Sundek was responsive and open to make a color adjustment as quickly as possible. On the same day, the crew came out and we went over a couple extra samples with minor color adjustments until we were satisfied.

I would definitely recommend Sundek to anyone who wants level up their concrete.
