Absolutely phenomenal dealership. Anna was a great saleswoman and helped narrow our focus to the trailer that ultimately fit our needs the best. Kathy, their finance office, was super easy to work with and helped us nail down the paperwork on a super-short timeline. 10/10 will go there to get our next trailer.

These guys are amazing at customer serve. At 4: 00 pm I discovered a small issue that needed fixed before I could leave TX for GA the next morning at 6: 00 am. Carey (service mgr) drove over an hour to bring me the part and fix it. The next morning I broke some plumbing (another story) as I was pulling out. Triple M was on my way out. I called Carey. He meet me at the dealership and as soon as the guys got in they went to work fixing my plumbing with it loaded. They had us on the road very quick. I won’t go anywhere else for service!

I love Triple M/Sundowner Trailers of Texas! I’ve bought 3 trailers from them. They are always very helpful and do great work. We were camping and broke our vent cover. We stopped by on the way home loaded with horses. They quickly fixed it and we were back on the road. Kerry and his crew are awesome!

While traveling through my trailer hubs failed. The Parts department went out of there way to find me the parts I needed.

If your looking for a trailer this is the place to go. Brad help me find just what I was looking for. If you need parts Tina will be the person to talk to. If she doesn't have it she will find it for you. Be nice to Claudia she just started in the parts department but she is learning fast.
