OK! I AM ONE HAPPY GRUMPY OLD MAN!

I just left the sunglass hut here in the Texas City outlets. IADA OR IDA didn't get the correct spelling of her name, beautiful latina young lady, came to assist me. Yes I was a bit grouchy cause 2 other huts i visited only made Matters worse! So I walk in ready for an exchange. I explained to her my frustration & said I wanted a replacement. She told me today was her first day there. (joke) which I didn't know. As i was was complaining to another staff member, IDA looks up & says, i don't know who helped you before. BUT TRY THESE ON NOW. YES! MY VERSACE FRAMES FIT BETTER NOW THAN WHEN I BOUGHT THEM ORIGINALLY!

Just want to let y'all know this grumpy ol s%&t sure does appreciate yalls patience & for always stepping up & beyond all other sunglass hut l9vations. We love yall. & thank you for being so kind continually

I took my sunglasses in to get adjusted because they were extremely crooked and she tried multiple times but she couldn’t get them right, 2 other ladies working and they didn’t even offer to fix the problem or adjust them themselves, they were more focused on talking to one another.

Staff is the farthest thing from friendly. They were disrespectful and unhelpful. I went to this store on two different occasions and both times I left with my blood boiling. I will NEVER go to this store again.

Day before Thanksgiving and the staff was courteous and friendly. Originally just went in to try glasses on while waiting for family to finish shopping elsewhere, but found a pair of glasses in the process. Staff helped look for, and eventually, helped me custom order the ones I wanted and still applied the active discounts going on as if purchased in store.

Only help they need here is a better attitude, everytime I’ve came in they have been nothing but rude and they have seemed like they haven’t been doing anything but standing around because they don’t know anything about glasses.

They incorrectly tagged a pair of sun glasses i was purchasing and then refused to match what ever price they tagged the glasses. I guess thats their sales tactic to get the customer to the the cashier.

A screw came out of my Coach sunglasses that I had purchased at the Sunglass Hut in Cabela’s & they couldn’t fix them because they didn’t have the right screw so they told me try another Sunglass Hut in the area. Welllll apparently they can’t repair/replace them unless they come from a stand-alone store, but the 2 ladies took care of me & fixed them anyway! I can’t remember their names, but they were so nice & I just wanted to say thanks again!

Staff was friendly and good. The rating is because I was about to spend almost $400 on sunglasses when asked to wear a mask against my personal
beliefs / opinion and very strong medical research on the subject matter. I was asked to wear a mask because another customer felt uncomfortable with me not wearing one. That customer should have just kept there distance or came back at a different time. I will not be forced to do something just because that is the main stream thing to do. False NARRATIVES to comfort the masses when there is no medical truth behind wearing them. Keep your distance if you're not comfortable. Simple really! Ignorance is not a good excuse to force others into a false mold.
