Unlike every other business they don’t try to sell you the expensive stuff you don’t need. They are helpful and patient while answering all your questions regarding the promotions they have.

I can say they make sure you step out of their store satisfied.

Stopped in to purchase a birthday gift and was assisted by Sarah. She was great! Very kind, explained the sale that was going on, and made checking out a breeze. Also assisted with the purchase of a warranty and explained how it worked. Will be returning for a pair for myself!

I am unhappy for them refusing my return of a pair of display unit sunglasses which is claimed to have scratch; and the inaccurate promotion for prescription lens discount with Lenscrafter. Feels like they only want the sales.

The staff at A-POM (Allen Premium Outlet Mall) are Texas Strong. Great place to shop at with reasonable prices.

The outlet is an absolute pleasure to visit! The variety of brands and designs is great, and the prices are awesome. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Enas. Do ask for any extra discounts that the store may be offering - signing up for alerts helps. In the last few years I‘ve purchased more than 7 pairs for myself and for gifting - excellent quality, still are as good as new.

They helped replace an expensive pair of glasses I had got from a different location that had issues.

Sarah was amazing! She took the time to fix a pair of Ray Bans that I had purchased a year ago! She also listened to what I wanted and made multiple suggestions! We selected a great new pair of Prada's! Everytime I come in it is exceptional customer service!

Sarah was patient and knowledgeable. I appreciate that she took the time to get me set up with the right frames.

So new customers know that when Jenae is there you are in great hands. Always a positive attitude, I witness her defuse an angry customer in such a polite manner. Tbh in my opinion the customer was just throwing a fit to get a discount.

This location is not close to me at all, but hands down my favorite location. They have a lot of the best designer variety glasses in store and excellent customer service.

Ethan is absolutely great and offers amazing consultation. Thanks to him, I found the perfect pair of Ray Bans, which I purchased during their pre-black Friday sale. Next time I need another pair I’ll definitely head over there and ask for his help.
