I had the best experience getting awesome Costa sunglasses. I wanted a color and they are fantastic! Seth and Jo could not have provided better customer service! I will go back!

Never will I ever step a foot in that place again, the representative Seth had terrible customer service and was very disrespectful, I tried to return a pair of sunglass hut brand sunglasses, which got scratched from the second day I got them, they were very poor quality, you'd think sunglass hut would stand behind their brand but unfortunately they dont care, he refused to return them and at some point in the conversation he calls me a liar for saying that the representative that sold me the sunglasses didn't explain that these pairs are low quality and that theyll get scratched up easily and that I should get coverage, the representative literally rung me up like I was at Walmart and I was on my way. If I was an owner of respectful business I'd keep Seth far away from it, can't have someone with bad customer service representing the store!

Great staff that know a lot about sunglasses and what you need for different environments (hunting, fishing, shooting etc). Also much more selection than there was before Sunglass Hut took over the sunglasses for Cabelas and Bass Pro.
