My husband and I had just purchased a new home, and we needed some guidance on what type of carpet could support our family, and a new puppy we planned on adopting. Sunn Carpets was recommended online, and I am so grateful! We walked in and received a warm welcome from Jim, the owner, who knew carpet inside and out! He was so professional, kind, and he took the time to show us all kinds of brands, styles, carpet padding, and pros and cons of each. He introduced us to Rodney, who was also very personable, and extremely knowledgeable. He took extra time and care to ensure we would be thrilled with our new carpet, and boy, we are! Obviously, I highly recommend Sunn Carpets for not only carpet, but for all your flooring needs, because you will not be disappointed.

Sunn is a great, locally owned business and Katie is so helpful! Every time we shop, she goes out of her way to help us determine which products will best meet our needs!

We have received multiple requests to write a review, and haven’t done so because I prefer not to leave negative reviews. Our experience was two years ago now.
The positive is that we ordered our flooring through Sunn carpets and it is beautiful. It’s Shaw vinyl plank flooring that we put through our whole house, and it is holding up well. We are very happy with the outcome of the flooring project overall.
The less positive is that it was hard to get help in the store because once a salesperson helps you the first time you stop in, you are considered “their” client… and if you stop in to the showroom another time and your salesperson is not there, it’s hard to make progress with information to help with your decision and purchase. Other salespeople are hesitant to help you and say your sales person will give you a call… but then we wouldn’t receive a call and had to reach out again.
Our salesperson came out to measure the floors, and, based on that, recommended we purchase an amount of flooring that was larger than others who had given us estimates. It turned out to be way over the amount we needed, and needing to load all the weight (!) of the packages into our vehicle for the return and then follow-up to get our money back was a hassle.
Lastly, we are still waiting on a T piece to finish off a doorway. We called and waited… and gave up.
This company did not install our flooring- we only ordered it through them. It was a good price compared to others, but our experience makes it hard to recommend them.

The service is exceptional! Jim found a totally unique hand scrapped, barn wood floor for us. Beyond beautiful! He can also have rugs made from ANY size or shape carpet remnant. Absolute genius for odd sized rooms. Thanks to Jim and the whole staff I get tons of compliments on my flooring and carpets. 5 stars for sure! Thanks y’all!

Amazing customer service! I had to replace a small portion of the carpet in my living room as it was damaged. Jim Coleman helped me to get an 11x11 sample piece of a matching carpet. He ordered one for me and got the sample piece in a week. My experience with Sunn Carpet is awesome. Thanks for the great job and customer service. We purchased a very expensive Carpet for our newly built home in 2021 (Master bedroom) Sheryl was our sales person. She insured me the carpet was stain resistant…. As I was hesitant to even put Carpet in the house in the first place. However, that’s far from the truth!
Even if you spill water on this carpet, the water stain appears even after you have it professionally cleaned. I’ve been trying for over two years for a resolution, and all I do is get passed off and ignored, refusing to take my call or return my calls. They did come one time to clean it, and basically passed me off to the warranty company which never responded to my numerous attempts.we spent over $5000 on this “Stain resistant carpet” all I’m simply looking for is proper communication & do right by the customer.

Outstanding service From our first phone call through installation and follow up! Stacy, the installation & trim guys were amazing! Stacy came to our home, got to know us & our needs, helped us narrow down flooring & pick the best for our home & lifestyle. Flooring came in quick, installation and trim was fast & top notch. My Fiance and I decided we needed to replace the floors that came with our home. We visited Sunn Carpets and they had a huge selection of flooring. We were able to narrow down the options between two different laminates. After a few days of choosing the stone for our countertops, we were able to decide on which of the two floors would go with the rest of our home remodel. From there, the process was quick and painless. Highly recommended.
