I’ve loved my experience here. I’ve had a teeth cleaning, whitening, and they’ve replaced my old wire retainers. Each time, the staff were courteous and helpful with scheduling and payments. I’d highly recommend them.

Dr. Shah and her staff are top notch! From the booking of my first appointment to the cleaning to my exam by Dr. Shah, everyone was friendly, professional, and explained any procedures and costs clearly. I highly recommend Sunny Days Dental Practice!

Decent office, pricey, but inflexible with regard to "payment on file" policies, so no longer going to be a patient here. Requiring blanket authorization to have card charged without scope is not reasonable. I guess this was imposed to deal with people missing appointments. Blanket policies that treat all customers as irresponsible are not ok. What do you do with customers that don't have credit cards?

Beyond grateful to have found such a phenomenal dental office. The staff creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere that eases any anxiety. I was extremely nervous for my first intensive procedure at Sunny Days (due to traumatic dental experiences at other dentists in the past) ; but, the option of laughing gas makes the process painless and anxiety-free. Over time, I stopped requesting the nitrous oxide because Dr. Shah and her incredible team of dental wizards consistently work their magic, making even the most challenging procedures comfortable. I can't recommend them highly enough!

I really wanted to love this dentist. Combo of genetics and poor decisions in my early 20s, I've got a TON of dental work done and a ton left to do, so it's important to me to find a dentist that isn't judgmental and will help me take care of it. Based on reviews I thought I'd find that at Sunny Days, but unfortunately didn't.

Dr. Shah sat down and immediately said, "so what the heck happened in there? ! " Her demeanor throughout the appointment made me feel extremely embarrassed, honestly.

I was there to get a second opinion on a recc from another dentist, and ended up pursuing the treatment of either five or six new or replacement fillings at Sunny Days. Note for later: I had an initial exam appt, NOT a cleaning; I never got a cleaning at Sunny Days because that wasn't what I was there for.

I have never been in that much pain after a filling appointment in my life. I couldn't fully open my mouth for weeks after. Dr. Shah also was gossiping about her ex husband, her kids, her ex husband's girlfriend, and her boyfriend's ex-wife during BOTH of my appointments, which wasn't like a crazy big deal but it was kinda off-putting, and also at one point the hygienist was distracted by the conversation and stabbed my mouth.

At the end of my second appointment, Dr. Shah had left some residue on my teeth and was asking about whether it was there from a previous permanent retainer or if it was from that appointment, but they hadn't yet removed the bite guard or tubing from my mouth so I couldn't talk. She said "I can't floss, did you not get a floss when you came for your cleaning? " and I shook my head no, because I hadn't gotten a cleaning, so I hadn't gotten a floss. She then scraped it and realized that what was on my tooth was from that appointment and scraped it off, then huffed and said, "So you were wrong, you did get a floss" and then got up and left the room and I did not see her again at my appointment, which was honestly just really weird?

I already did not want to go back because of the treatment from Dr. Shah (the rest of the staff is honestly SO friendly though), but then on top of it they told me PPOs are in Network even though Delta Dental isn't, but then I still got slapped with a $650 bill a few weeks later lol.

IDK if this was just a weird set of peculiar circumstances at my appointments, but I was very off-put by Sunny Days.

I had a great experience here! I am new to Texas and am very wary of dental offices as I have almost been scammed in the past. Dr. Shah is super personable and very easy to talk to, as was the rest of the staff. Alyssa and Nick were the other people that I worked with, and I appreciated their communication before, during, and after the appointment. I already have my 6 month on the books, I will be back. Thank you to the Sunny Days Dental team!

For real the kindest people. I no longer stress about going to the dentist since going here.

I've been going here for a couple of years now and I have nothing but great things to say. I went in for the first time after having not been to the dentist in many years and I was immediately taken care of. I have never been pressured to have any procedures done that weren't needed. I was recommended to have a mouth guard for sleeping and it's been the best thing. Is it something you have to get used to wearing? Yes. Is it something that has not only helped my sleep but also stopped me from grinding my teeth down in my sleep? Yes. I highly recommend Sunny Days Dental. Everyone is kind, friendly, and awesome.

My family and I always have a great experience at Sunny Days Dental. I just switched after finding my last Austin dentist to be very subpar. Sunny Dental exceeded my expectations and all of their staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating! They truly value your health and take their time explaining procedures.
