Brandon was great! Sunny made sure to send the same technician for our maintenance and his is familiar with our systems. Honest and only recommended what needed to be done right now.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Chase with Sunny Services to service my heating units in my home as a part of my service agreement. The whole process was seamless and very thorough in checking out the entire systems. Courteous, hardworking, and paid attention to all the details. Chase arrived promptly and got to work. When he left the place was all cleaned up and the system was fully explained to me. A fantastic experience for me and my family.

On time 2 days in a row. Finished up my wrecked ductwork due to a rogue raccoon. Brian very friendly and understanding of my situation and need to not heat my attic!

These guys are great and professional. Really the best communication and service we've had. Austin our tech is amazing. Weve had a couple unusual issues that he was able to figure out and solve. Prices are reasonable. Recommend the yearly tune up service.

Austin was personable, professional and explained what was going on with our system well to us. He wasn’t pushy and didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need, which we very much appreciate. Very open and willing to answer questions and we never felt rushed or dismissed as we have previously with other companies. We highly recommend Sunny Service!

Our fan motor went out on the outside unit during the Christmas weekend. I called on Tuesday the 26th. I called at 1: 30 and advised there was an opening between 2-4. The tech Austin showed up at 1: 45. It took him less than 30 minutes to fix the issue. No complains about the pricing. I’ve used Sunny several times for general maintenance and to repair issues caused by another HVAC company over the last 4 years. I’ve never had an issue with them and neither have other family members that have used them.

Nathan was great, he arrived quickly and was very efficient. He was also very informative.

Dustyn was great. Very knowledgeable & polite. Informed of my different options, so that I could make the right decision. Will definitely recommend Sunny Service to my friends.

I love being able to support local businesses so when I need something I always look for that. I have used Sunny Service in the past and they have always done a great job. This call was no different as Austin did a great job getting our AC up in running in no time. He was professional, knowledgeable and spent time explaining everything about what he was doing and about taking care of our unit. Not sure about pricing as I was not able to compare what we had done, but it was reasonable enough to pull the trigger.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Jeremiah. He was very pleasant and explained and showed me what the issues were. He also gave me options that would benefit me on a twice a year bases. Thanks!

Sunny Service Co.and Jeremiah, in particular, performed my winter check-up today on three HVAC units. He was prompt, Professional and explained what he found in reviewing the units.
I will most definately see them again in May for my Summer check-up.

My Sunny Service tech, Jeremiah, provided an accurate diagnostic for the broken air handler. He ordered the parts needed and quickly installed them when they arrived. I was impressed with the quick turnaround service and installation. He did a great job getting my heater fixed in a timely manner. I will definitely call for him again for service in the future!

Sunny Service technicians, Michael, Michael and Arthur were the nicest men who put in a new ac/heater system in my house today. They were so polite, so fast and left my house spotless! They walked me through everything and showed me everything they did. Wonderful men! I highly recommend Sunny Service and ask for these 3 guys!

We had good experience with Sunny Service's customer service. Brandon B provided AC service today, he was polite, professional, andknowledgeable. No doubt this is one of the top notch service companies in the area.

Sunny Services came out about 3 months ago to replace the evaporator coil due to the a/c not cooling the house.
This time it was my heater not working. They found that there was an error made by the last technician. Too much refrigerant was added. FYI, I have a heat pump type of unit that uses refrigerant for heat and cool air.
I was charged for a service call that was later credited to my account without me even asking. That was extremely sweet, but I'm still a little curious about being charged by the pound for the refrigerant on the previous visit.
I'm usually better about being quick on my toes about that kind of stuff, but I haven't been feeling that great.
So, why am I'm still giving them 5 stars. They were quick to come out. They did a great job. But, mainly because they did the right thing in saying it was their mistake. They returned the money paid for the service call without having to ask for it.

Did very well & took their time to do a thorough job. Very respectful & courteous. Only one small issue with installation. Unit was very heavy & my bedroom door somehow got scraped.

Annual heating maintenance check. Brian represented both SS and himself very well, ie professional, responsive and pride of work. Didn’t push upselling but ensured you’re aware of your options.
