Sunny Sewing Machines, Dallas TX

I reserved a juki 1541s from them a couple weeks ago and went this past weekend to go pick it up. Everyone they’re is nice and helpful. They talked me through my machine on how to thread, oil and how to change the bobbin, needle and everything else. They were so nice and I highly recommend them if you want to get a industrial machine!

I am very late in posting this review. I lost track of time enjoying my machine! I am able to do so much with my Thor, and I LOVE it! I have been able to expand my business to include leather and heavy webbing.
The customer service here is absolutely awesome! I talked with Sam, mostly, many times, and he was wonderful, helpful, and answered ALL of my many questions. We drove from Illinois to Texas just to get our Thor machine. And, I love it so much, I would do it again.
Most everyone, who was working that day, stayed late at the store to make sure I understood everything about my Thor. My service dog fell in love with Sam, and they let our other dog come in and visit. She loved them all, as well!
We had some problems, when we got home, understanding some things about the machine, and they helped us with all of it. I have never had customer service like this, ever!
The videos they have on You Tube are a blessing! There are videos that show you how to thread, fix, etc.
So, in a nut shell, awesome customer service, fantastic machines, and I would drive to Texas again to get another Thor, when needed!

Had problems for the very beginning. I purchased a Thor GC 1762 twin needle sewing machine. It was shipped late. They processed my payment before the unit even shipped. It came with Styrofoam peanuts stuck in all of the driveline. Did not come with a users manual, they go me they told me can you go online and use a Jukie manual instead. Arrived missing parts. I have made over 20 calls trying to get items I have paid for. Keep getting what seems like excuses from Stephen, sales rep who I have been put in contact with. He did not know what some of the parts for the machine actually were. No professionalism no support, and almost 2 months later I still have not received all the parts are paid for. I'm worried if I have problems with the unit I'll have to ship it back to China myself to have it repaired. I was going to buy several more machines from this company but that looks doubtful at this point. I'm sure they'll probably dump me after they see this rating. Oh well lesson learned. "New review update 07.30.20" in all fairness to Sunny Sewing I would like to post a new update. Even though they made a lot of mistakes they made good on them all. Their sales rep, Stephen always return my contact request and updates on my orders. In the long run they went the extra mile. After previous good experience buying Thor sewing machine from Sunny Sewing Machines. I returned to buy another Thor sewing machine. Shortly after delivery I experienced a warranty issue. The team at Sunny Sewing Machines put some skin in the game to ensure my business didn't skip a beat, and thank you everyone at Sunny Sewing Machine that helped!

Was at the warehouse to place order, called again to make payment and was promised delivery on Saturday. I even gave them an open window of anytime during the day.

Called their office since Friday and no1 is picking plus no delivery. Highly disappointed cause all I needed was a delivery on Saturday to celebrate her birthday.

Great sewing store with high end machines. I was searching for a sewing machine for my wife and daughter and thought I could get a decent one for $300. But with some enlightenment on these machines I ended up get an entry single stitch for $750. I was helped by a pleasant and knowledgeable young man, he took his time to explain the minute details about the juki 8700 that I purchased. Great place with great customer service! My wife loves the new machine and refuses to use the old plastic noisy sewing machine lol. Highly recommend this place and will be back for sure!

Excellent experience at Sunny Sewing Machines. Al repaired my machine (Juki LU1508) while I waited, on a holiday, and found two timing issues that another shop which "repaired" my machine had left. Even had me test the machine before I left. Now the machine runs smoothly and doesnt snag or miss a stitch. Also purchased a new Thor 1508NS, and several accessories. Grest experience all around. Knowledgable staff and owner.
