I want to thank Chris Foster for finding my wallet in Weatherford, Tx. As soon as he arrived at the store, with the help of Nancy Sabedra, they did everything they could to reach me and I was able to recover my wallet. They have a beautiful heart and is hard to find people like them; so honest and I’m so grateful for what they did. That store is really lucky to have them! May god bless them!

I needed a large amount of durable, commercial grade pool furniture for our HOA. At Sunnyland, I walked in and an expert (Austin) offered guidance for availability, delivery, features, costs etc.with his help, it was easy to decide what best met our needs. When it came to placing the order, we had a few complications but Nancy handled it all like it was nothing. We look forward to years of comfortable, attractive pool furniture—which is exactly what I got from my personal Sunnyland purchases 20 years ago! Thank you Sunnyland.

Working with the Sunnyland team to purchase new furniture for our patio was a dream. Austin was extremely patient, quickly answering all our questions and returning our calls and coming up with creative ways to allow us to "see" the furniture fabric without going into the store. Austin and Beth worked hand in hand to make the delivery process painless. Beth quickly dealt with items damaged during shipping and Austin followed up throughout the process to ensure we were always informed of the delivery status. We could not be happier with our new patio furniture.all made possible because of the Sunnyland team.

We live out of town. BEWARE. We were not informed that the delivery was only for your merchandise to be dropped on the curb or sidewalk. I guess for it to get run over. I had no idea that if the freight company walked up my driveway and dropped in my garage that it upgraded my delivery 80 more dollars

Sunnyland has great high-end patio furniture with the prices to match. Great selection at this location. We were very impressed with the Mallin line of patio furniture.

I can say from experience that Kelvin Silva at Sunnyland will make whole on any warranty claims that are fair and just. He really drives it forward and has your back as a valued customer!

Our Treasure Garden cantilever umbrella needed repair so we contacted Sunnyland (Richardson store) and we’re told one of their managers, Jose, did repairs. We sent them a video of the issue and Jose reached out to us and said he would even be willing to come by our residence and do the repair. We knew what the charge would be in advance so we made the appointment and Jose made the repair in less than an hour! We now have our umbrella back, providing much needed shade in our backyard. Our Summer is now tolerable! Jose and Nancy were wonderful to work with and both provided great customer service that you just don’t experience that often. Many thanks!

Love this store and the selection of the outdoor furniture is great! Michael Brown helped us recently with a purchase of 2 double size chaise loungers, however he has been doing this for the last 20 years! Thank you, Mike, for always being there!

TERRIBLE! Bought furniture in Dallas. Paid $700 to have it shipped and “white glove” service to South Padre. They left it sitting on the back porch completely not put together. Now they are saying their responsibility is complete. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Audrey at the store was awesome. Friendly helpful and knowledgeable. Delivery people were efficient and professional. Furniture is beautiful and great quality.

The Giant Lawn Chair is a fantastic tourist attraction. We visited just for a photo op and spent almost an hour in the store.
