Sun's Wholesale Club, Houston TX

BE AWARE. Please check the prices carefully prior to shop at this wholesaler. Many of their prices are higher than the retailer (food markets). Worst customer services ever seen in the US. The manager is very mean and return is almost impossible.

Just like SAM'S CLUB but the ASIAN VERSION. But I enjoy coming here to get part of my groceries. THANK YOU SUN'S CLUB!

I got a big can of soda and one of them exploded so the box was soggy. Good stuff and variety of options though

Most terrible service here, the manager is super mean, very bad attitude to the customer. I have the membership card under my boss name, but I need a transaction receipt copy which paid by cash in Feb 19, in which day customers had to pay by cash due to their internet connection issue.she said she can't do it unless my boss is coming over with his ID. I mean why the boss would come over since they hire the people to purchase items daily. And when I require a new membership car under my name, I can provide my company's tax documents, operation documents, she said she won't give me because I'm not the owner of the business! And then I said what's wrong I just want a copy of my own payment history, I can provide the details of date and items of that transaction. She said unless my boss comes over, she won't do anything for me and it's not her problem. Wow, most terrible way treating the customer I have ever seen! Isn't it that the customer's legal right to get the copy of the purchase receipt?

This place is like sam"s club but in Chinese version every thing is ok but what I didn't liked was because I have buoyed a grill they opened the box looking I don't know what in the middle of a pandemic touching my stock and take to long because they're doing. This with everyone's stock don't like

Everything is difficult here, it's impossible to return the food you buy, they have thousands excuses to refuse you. Plus you won't get any help from their manager if you are an Asian, it's obviously she has more mean and rude attitude to Asian even they are Asian market! "I don't know" "there is nothing I can do" are what you would get if you are a Asian customer. The price here is the same, sometimes is more expensive than retail price, bad attitude and Asian discrimination, I will never ever come back!

Suns is the place to go to buy in bulk, and a great place to shop if you are thinking of opening a new restaurant. They sell all types of pots and pans, dishware, cookware, and to-go food containers. Suns also carries food in bulk so you can stock up the kitchen. Suns does not carry tables and chairs but pretty much everything else you would need. Office supplies and cleaning products are available here as well

Be aware of their return policy. They will manipulate and abuse any situation in anyway they can so they don't have to accept any return even within hours of purchase.
You have to hassle hard like you have never hassled in any other store before.
Membership fee is going up every year, their stock goods are getting lesser. Most isles getting filled with styrofoam stuff so they don't look empty. Styrofoam boxes everywhere! Should have named their store to "Styrofoam Outlet"
Most stores extended their return policy during COVID-19. This Suns store goes the opposite, doesn't let you to return any item even non-perishable good like kitchenware or floor mat.

The club is very busy despite Covid19. Most of the products are made in China. China has gotten the best of the United States. It is sad that United States is behold to China. They got our balls in the back pocket.
