Great place. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Such a large variety of items that I could spend all day there. Great hidden gem in Alamo Heights!

My friend and I had a great time walking around the store. All the folks working the floor were very nice and helpful. But the woman working the cash register was so unnecessarily rude when my friend asked her how to apply a groupon that I refused to make a purchase.

The moment you walk into this store you get nothing but ugly looks from the workers. One of the works told my teenager not to touch anything. I was ready to buy my items and decided to just put them back and leave the store. I didn't see them act that way with other customers. Could be because I'm Hispanic, I was so disappointed and disgusted. Never again!

Great place to but unique gifts but be careful of the return policy. Especially around Christmas.

Had breakfast at BOSS Bagel and popped into Sunset & Co for a quick look (1st time visiting). My friend and I were deeply offended as a staff member followed us around the store making us feel very uncomfortable the entire time we were there. Needless to say, we will not be returning to this glorified hardware store.

Excellent selection of hard to find grilling accessories at this upscale boutique hardware and gift shop. Subpar and lengthy return process…if you have to return anything ordered online for store pickup or curbside, set aside half an hour to be instructed by the store manager to call Ace Hardware corporate to walk the store manager through a lengthy return process using your phone.

Went here yesterday with my wife and two year old. Very nice store with nice stuff. Just wish we weren’t followed and watched by staff everywhere we go lol they thought we were gonna steal or something. And yes we were the only minorities in the store. I am a veteran, husband and father that works hard to live in this nice area of Alamo heights just wish we weren’t profiled. Made us feel very uncomfortable.

I purchase something on ACE Hardware's website and picked it up here. Patrick was very helpful getting everything sorted and making sure the product was ready upon my arrival. I will be back!

I came here looking to buy a grill and was just amazed at the variety of products they sell. It's hard to pin down exactly what kind of store this is and I love that. I'll definitely be back to explore more of their stock. Staff was also super friendly and helpful answering my questions.

Ordered some Mr. Bird suet which was impossible to find locally in Raleigh, NC. It was shipped right away and carefully wrapped with bubble wrap. Excellent service. Will be ordering from Sunset again in the future.

This store has the cutest gifts for any occasion, as well as all your basic hardware needs. It may seem a bit strange to buy pjs at a hardware store, but they have them, and they are adorable! They also have the sweetest baby gifts, seasonal items, all things bbq grills, paint, and almost anything you can think of. If you haven't stopped in, you should, even if only to appreciate the sheer breadth of quality products in one reasonably sized store.

Great little store! I love walking through the store looking at all of the unique stuff they carry. They carry home goods, tools, kitchen supplies, gifts, accessories, seasonal decor etc! The staff never fails to greet you as you walk in, and they are always willing to help. Love coming here and it is made even more convenient that it is located close by!

My dog broke out the front window of my home Dec 5th. I knew Sunset and Co would be slammed but I went anyway to see if they could cut me a new custom size window pane. The nice folks at Sunset cut the glass, while I waited, fixed me up with the glaze points to hold it in place and a tube of window glaze to seal it. Saved the day! Thank you so much David Doyle and Co!

This is a great place to shop for various holiday items or for common hardware's. Friendly staff too.

Pleasant personnel, beautiful decor and variety of gifts - toys, accessories, jewelry, home goods, kitchen supplies, gorgeous gift books. Never leave this store with the empty hands.

My favorite one stop shop! Always new merchandise beautifully displayed, fun events and the nicest and most helpful staff. Michael is my honey do and can fix anything from an old lemonade jug my mom left me to a vintage fan of my fathers. I love that they carry Benjamin Moore paint, so easy for my decorative painting company.
