This is a great place to live. Its quiet and the neighbors are nice. The location is really good. Your close to downtown fort worth and in a nice area for shopping and restaurants.

A nice quiet place to live, there are a few issues with hot water through out the year but they work to get it fixed quickly. It’s not perfect but no place is, Madison is a great manager who is always responsive to your issues.

It’s been two days that I’ve been trying to wash but management has been in the office when I need to go inside the office to reload my card to be able to wash don’t leave a note saying they ain’t gonna be here or nothing these apartments are a joke

Pool's great, clean & taken care of.been enjoying it this summer. Frniture and grill too with lights @ night. If there's an issue, it's fixed quick.responsive, friendly office. Nice place to call home.

This is a great apartment complex to live in! Can't beat the convenient location and the leasing manager and maintenance guy are very helpful and responsive - you can tell they really care! I was born in downtown Ft. Worth and have lived all over DFW for 40+ years.this is one of the best!

I've lived in many apartments and this place is one of my favorites. Location is awesome and I met some nice neighbors there. The girl in the office is so helpful and made me feel at home.

The woman who works management is very sweet, but I have to say this apartment complex is infested with roaches and flies. You would be disgusted. Absolutely disgusted. There are so many roaches, in the middle of the night it's hard to sleep. I turned the flash on my phone with the lights off to find roaches up to the ceiling. There's no way possible the positive reviews for this apartment are real. The owners of this complex should be ashamed.
The walls are paper thin.
The plumbing is horrible, my kitchen sink barely gives out water, it's constantly making loud noises.
No washer and dryer hookups- the laundry area has been broken and out of order since I moved in about 6 or so months ago.
There is never hot water, the water pressure is very weak.
The heating and cooling is controlled by management.
You can tell the people who constructed this place were incredibly lazy by the structures.
Please I'm begging do not move in here.
The reviews are fake.
This place is not worth your hard earned money.
I pay almost $1.5k a month to live in embarrassing and repulsive conditions.
Spend your money on a hotel before you sign a lease here, even if you're available desperate.

You should be ashamed. My husband and I were evicted and immediately moved out the same weekend (happily) bc we made a last minute decision not to pay the rent and use it somewhere else as a deposit and move in fees and we're thankfully rehomed and living a new apartment.
To say my review is false is A SHAMEFUL LIE
Take some ownership and fix the place where you charge people to live. Even the way you respond to these reviews denying your residents and claiming their concerns are false PUBLICLY is disgusting. Your Lazy, deceitful and disgusting ownership other people are paying their hard earned money for. You should be ashamed. You would've been more professional to not respond to my review at all then with such an unprofessional response. Proves the entire point of my review. When you're sleeping with roaches the size of travel sized conditioner bottle something needs to be said.

If you're thinking about moving here I DON'T recommend it at all! It's full of roaches and they barely ever have hot water. The air conditioner/ heater is controlled by the management. Also the washing and drying areas are always out of order. They even wait till the swimming pool turns green to clean it (I'm pretty sure the pool filter is broke).

This place is a complete dump.may look nice on the outside but much of the time you will have no hot water. And there are so many roaches. You have to pay pest control each month and are lucky if you get sprayed twice a year

I’m a current resident I moved in October of 22! The roaches are so so bad. I would tell anyone to please please don’t come here to make this your home! I regret i ever moved in. My 5 year old doesn’t even want company over because she is so embarrassed with all the roaches we have. And im a very clean person but nothing seems to can stop the spread not even when they come and spray but I have to pay pest control each month s d they don’t even come out every month! I was a single mother in a desperate situation so i chose this place. So if you have time to keep looking then do so!

I absolutely love live here at Sunset Heights. The management here is amazing. At Thanksgiving time they invited all tenants to the office to have a Thanksgiving lunch. Today they handed out gift bags to all of the tenants. I am about to be going into my second year living here. I couldn't have picked a better place to call home. Thank you Sunset Heights for all you do!

Bad Plumbing leak in the foundation no hot water most of the times bugs in the apartments not safe for children's I have been living here for 7 years it's getting worse and worst I advise if you thinking of leasing or purchasing this property walk around and ask resident I live at apartment 232 and you can ask my downstairs neighbor at 132 retired older lady over 70 years old apartment they find a way to hike prices paying for parking electricity and water used to be all bills paid
