We used Sunset North for my moms service/cremation. Everyone here was very comforting and professional. They will listen to anything you have to say about your loved one. They will not pressure you into buying more than what you need or want. I felt comfortable talking to all the girls here. We used Sunset on Austin Hwy for my dad and they were just as helpful as the team here at Sunset North. I’d definitely recommend using them. The facility is very nice. The way they setup my moms urn in a private room when I picked her up was beautiful. You won’t be disappointed.

Such care and compassion. Don’t look anywhere else. Put your loved one in their care and let them guide you. Very professional and caring. Everything as planned and promised, timely and respectful. I Came From Sulphur Springs Texas. Celebrate my cousin in law service. Beautiful church I felt the welcome of each one at the door as I arrive they were so friendly courteous nice and you name itspirit And the minister I really enjoyed him he really gave a good sermon and he was just awesome.

I called Sunset North funeral home this evening because my mother passed away. I spoke with a young man named Miles. He was polite and told me he would have his funeral director call me to arrange to have my mother's body picked up from the hospital and taken to the funeral home. I waited for a while and no call came in. I called Miles back and his phone went to voicemail. I waited again. I then text him asking if he was going to call back. He did. He assured me that someone named Nancy would call me to arrange to pick up my mother's body. Again, no call came. It seems that Sunset is not very concerned with their customers. They also don't have the common decency to simply return a call. Several hours later and I still haven't received a call from anyone at their office to follow up with me about my mother. I called Porter Loring and they answered my call immediately. Within 10 minutes they were on the phone with the hospital making arrangements to get my mother's body from the hospital. I would not call Sunset to deal with you loved one's needs. They can't even follow up on what they say they are going to do or even return a phone call. Poor customer service in my opinion.

I had a great experience with the staff here when my mom passed away. They were genuinely compassionate and I felt their services were very personalized.

The staff at Sunset North was amazing. They made a very difficult time feel very special to my family. The planning was easy, and the service was beautiful. I was so pleased that my extended family who could not travel could view the service online. We are forever grateful for the care and respect we received.
