Super 8 by Wyndham Houston North I-45

The rooms are good and the location is off the highway so you can get to places fast but for the staff. If you call they will tell you there is a deposit, when you get there they will charge you for a deposit but when you leave they don't know anything about a deposit! The man told me and I quote "I don't charge a deposit" not that I'm not getting my deposit back but in fact they do not ask for a deposit. He said he would have to check with the other employee about my deposit. This man knows I paid a deposit! I stayed there before and paid a deposit! The man also said I had too many people in my room, 4 adults in a double room that was made aware of the 4 adults when we checked in. He also said we had people coming and going, that is another LIE! We're not from here and do not know anyone to come and go! This man knows he Lied and stole from me and why? Because he thinks he can just get away with it and it certainly looks like he did. All I have is the review to warn people and that I will do!

The question concerning if I have the right hotel, Yes it most certainly is the right hotel!

It's cool but a lil hike to get to anything because it's between Richey and 1960 so but it's a cool low key spot

We stay for 4 nights, they never changed our bed sheets during the 4 nights.they gave me a dirty room at first.holes in the bed sheets, i observed them "clean" and they just clean everything with their hands instead of using towels or something. I asked to switch rooms because it was disgusting.and still did not change the bedsheets.also you cant sleep due to the noise from the cars. I would never come back but I just gotta say that the front staff was very nice very understanding i just think that the housekeepers are not doing their job.

First room smelled like urine and second room had old musty odor. Bed was decent. Wouldn’t recommend.

So you saying you dont have anyone with that name? How about the Name Katherine that you gave me the dirty room 203 and then asked to be switch to another room and gave me room 200? Now you remember

This hotel is in a "busy" area. Lots of noise from the police, cars, and guest. Since the rooms are walk up from the car, guest that smoke, do so in front of the door. All the smell comes in through the a/c unit. They might as well be smoking in your room. Also, the guest stay drinking in the walkway so not a good night sleep. The rooms are ok. Mattresses are not the best. But it's close to my son so I tolerate. Wouldn't stay here for vacation or anything but ok for when in a pinch.

The front desk never gave my boyfriend his driver's license or debit card back at check in. When he went back to ask about it the front desk staff refused to even look for it. This is the worst customer service that could ever be provided. I would definitely never recommend staying here.it definitely was this location. And I clearly stated MY BOYFRIEND. And yes you may not know of the situation because the staff REFUSED to be of assistance.

You get what u pay for. We needed a room for a couple of days. This was nothing special just a hotel on the highway with clean rooms. Breakfast offered is so poor.

Not much there. Its loud freeway beside. Had to walk a mile to a gas station to find a beer. No water in room. Big room though. Micro. Cooking plate. Refrigerator. No plates no cooking device. Bring your own

ROOM WE BOOKED AC DIDNT WRK. BUT CALLED FRONT DESK N THEY WERE VERY POLITE N UNDERSTANDING & SWITCH US NEXT DOOR DIDNT GIVE US NO HARD TIME OR QUESTIONED US BIUT ANYTHING. SLEPT GOOD!

Room very neat, loved it how it had its own mini kitchen very nicely equipped with refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, stovetop, and sink. Loved the enough space the bathroom had, though. The only reason to why I'm not giving it 5 stars is because it did not have phone in the room to contact front desk or room service.

It was disgusting there was stains all over the pillows and towels and cigarette burns in the blankets. It was a non-smoking room and it wreaked of smoke as soon as you entered the room. I will never stay at any Super 8 ever again.

They were rude. The weather is freezing, I waited outside when receptionist doing checkin. Breakfast shown on booking.com but they had canceled without any information, i asked for breakfast why canceled, he said talk to the booking.com. Even there is no any water in the fridge. Last time I stayed in here. Keep away,

Housekeeping cannot read DO NOT DISTURB signs and also steals property forgotten luckily we were able to track it right to her house and get it back thanks to Houston police dept.

This place charges way to much to have roaches an the walls an bathroom door had blood on it! The beds an shower head needs to be replaced asap! The maids never come to clean most days i have to go track them down! They REFUSE to give you more than 2 towels an they are all stained up an dirty looking dont even smell clean! All the laundry smells like its not even being washed! IM to the point that its just easier to clean my room my self then have to deal with these people! Im not even going talk about all the noise an drama over here! Dont waste your money! The downtowner inn is in the same parking lot an is wayyy better an wayyy better maid service an its CHEAPER an QUITE!

I was really disappointed in the room we were in. The linens were dirty. I had to go and get fresh linens several times. The ones that wasn't dirty was so deny. It not what we expected. One of the employees were told several times to wait when he was knocking on the door, but instead he just used his key and tried to enter the room. We had a do not disturb sign on the door but that didn't seem to matter and my husband was still in bed. That should not have happened. We had a right to our privacy to not be distributed. Nothing was done above it the intrusion. Very sad for a guess to have be such accommodations and also for their privacy to be invaded.
