Super 8 by Wyndham Odessa TX

The young lady at the front desk was great very helpful. It is one one the cleanest hotel's I've stayed at. I really do recommend staying here when visiting Odessa.

From the moment i entered into my room i knew this hotel had very little standards. The desk chair was broken, all 6 pillows were nearly as flat as the sheets and the floor would have been a better option for restful sleep.

The best hotel stay I've had in quite a while. Located near two restaurants, plus they were friendly. I will return when I am traveling in the area.

This hotel is a NIGHTMARE. Never have I ever been treated so poorly in my life! No hot water, shower didn't work, oh! And don't forget the bed bugs. Manager and owner were as nasty as their bug infestation. Since we were checked in for a couple hours, they refused to do anything. Manager actually said, "If we gave a refund every time we got a complaint like this.well, we don't give refunds. "

If I could leave zero stars I would. We left after finding BED BUGS in the sheets, and when we called the manager the next morning to ask for a refund, she said she didn't see any bugs and refused to refund the room. DO NOT stay here unless you want to go home with parasites.

DISGUSTING! Don't let the good reviews fool you, stay here if you want to wake up to literally SEE bed bugs crawling on you! Management also refused to refund me even though the condition of their room was appalling!

There is so much to say about this stay.first with my husband and me with 7 kids under 14 this was the only place I could find that had room I called and was able to find out they have suites for us all to be together! Our room is a large room with 4 queen beds! Not crowded. We also had our family from Odessa come and hang out and had plenty of room for everyone to walk around. I was worried because where we are from a “super 8” is like the last resort like just sleep in the car instead! But we came in and it was clean and everything worked (ac)! Front desk was as happy to help with anything we needed. We enjoyed our first stay so much we booked for a second night for the next day. We took off for errands and came back and housekeeping had obviously been in and cleaned up our room for us and had my daughters teddy bears sitting on the bed for her when she arrived! It’s was so welcoming to come in and see our stuff just placed neatly so they could clean up and make our beds! We enjoyed the indoor pool as well! And also I have to mention the price! The price we paid for this suite would had been the price we would have paid for 1 room but bc of our big family we would’ve had to get 2 rooms. So this definitely saved some money! And location was great easy to get in and out!

The lady in front was rude and mean! I Went for breakfast 8: 30 and they close at 9 and she turn the stuff already came all the in front to give me my pancake all slimy and nasty worst hotel ever is that how y'all treat customers! Never again (a lady with glasses) this hasn't happen once it happened again with my sister.same old lady And I don't want your sorry for the inconvenience! Either you do something's about it or don't

The place was clean. The staff was friendly. The problem comes that the next day I got bedbug bites on my arm.

This hotel does not qualify to be a "good nights stay". There is no hot water, I got 2 rooms for 2 nights and niether room had hot water. Teenagers ran the halls knocking on doors and were very loud all night long. The breakfast was the worst Ive seen. No coffee. No juice. Make a waffle, sure but no syrup. The pool water gave my daughter an ear ache.dont waste money staying here, its not worth it.

The lady at the front desk was super nice and sweet. But the room was super gross, the ac didn’t work good and took awhile for it to get lower than 80 degrees. The indoor pool was DISGUSTING! It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The water was tinted greenish. There was Stuff floating Everywhere, bunch of debris at the bottom of the pool. I’ve never seen a hotel pool look that bad and be open.

Horrible Stay. Not Handicap Friendly. Leaking ceilings, cracked tub. Not able to speak with management even after daily attempts to reach them by phone. I left multiple messages and still no call back.
I cancelled all my future bookings.

Absolutely horrible property. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else. We chose to stay here because they are 1 of 2 properties in Odessa with an indoor pool. Pool area is disgusting, cracks on the sheetrock, rust everywhere. Left around midnight after several complaints to the front about the people above us running and jumping and bouncing around where nobody could sleep and they did nothing. Poor hotel and poor management.

The WiFi is lightning quick, so if you’re here on business, it is perfect. It is right next to the highway so the only negative would be that it can get quite noisy if your room is on that side. Great housekeeping!

The Jacuzzi was green, and the pool looked like it had not been cleaned in a couple weeks. The shower water also runs cold.

Phones aren't connected, missing light bulbs, a/c and heating system wasn't working when I arrived, and the ice machine is broken. You should not stay here.

Price was very reasonable, rooms were nice and spacious. The reason for 3 stars and not 5, is because of housekeeping reasons. Our bed covers was dirty and toilet was disgusting.

Place was clean. Didn't get the room I booked on line was told because system doesn't update on their end ‍️ and then there was no hot water. Went to tell them and all they told us was we had to turn the knob the other way as if we had not already tried. Then we where told Charles had fixed it. Never offered us another room with hot water. Until we where checking out

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. They even made sure that I got an early breakfast since I had a flight leaving early
