Extremely over priced. The room was nice. But it had a Cold Corporate vibe and a very annoying echo

Decent place with clean rooms and comfortable beds but the manager is very shady. I was assured I would be refunded if I got transferred for work and, when I was, he said no refunds and refused to give my money back.

Let’s guest scream and play loud music in the parking lot when other guest like myself are trying to sleep, the front desk did not stop this. I would not stay here again

They were doing renovations which is understandable there will be a few inconveniences but this was straight ridiculous. The lobby/business center/breakfast area was closed and there was no elevator for use at all. Even the ice machine was out of order. There was only enough towels for 1 per person same with wash cloths etc. The bed cover had burn marks in them even though it was a non smoking room. It was difficult to get much help with anything and our key card would only work one time before it no longer would open the door. Super frustrating. All in all everything advertised about the hotel was not true.

Not a place for anyone bed bug roaches whatever you call they got it no not a place for kids

Check your pillows. Blankets! Bed bugs! Do not even go there. It’s not worth the hassle nor the waste of time! You will see fleas! Blood stains! Dirty showers. No service cleaning. They knock n walk in! No patients! They stink! They should be shut down! I repeat do not go there!

Below average accommodations, the rooms smell of mold and there were severe cleaning sins that they should repent from immediately.

That being said, the checkin out process was painless and the ice was cold, so was the AC.

Overall it was an ok stay bed was comfortable, room needs a deep clean and remodel.toilet seat is too small, iron board needs new cover, carpet needs to be cleaned.

I booked a 2 night stay here on snaptravel. The price was great and non refundable. I got there to check in only to be told that they were in the middle of renovations and were not taking any bookings. Now I have to go through the hoops and hassle of getting a refund. Not.a happy camper

Bathroom smelled like a combination of cat urine and mildew. Only 2 pillows and 2 small towels given for 2 guests. Bed wasn’t all that comfortable. It’s a very basic room so if that’s all you need, it’s definitely worth the $59 per night price. Did come with a fridge and microwave which was nice. Hotel is currently under construction for a remodel so it may greatly improve before too long.

The little Indian lady at the counter flat out lied to me about a room with double beds being reserved. She took one look in my car and saw I had children and lied right to my face! Bad customer service. The owner responds and does NOT even know which day I was there! She took ONE look at my truck and saw my children inside of it and did not take any information from me and she did not ask how many kids I had either she lied and said there were no rooms with double beds available immediately after looking at my truck! I made this review days later not the same day I went to this establishment. Thank you! I think that is terrible customer service! I work in hospitality so I’m know how it goes.

Bring your own sheets and pillowcases if you stay here. Sheets and pillowcases were full of stains and hair

Just wanted to start off saying the hotel room smelt like mildew. There was mold on the shower curtain. There was a hole in the bathroom wall at the bottom of the shower. Half the lights didn't work. Our beds were never made or changed. We had to empty our own garbage. When I called the front desk for more pillows and towels they told me I had to come to the front and get them. We were told that we have to stop the housekeeper and ask for things we need. It wasn't until we complained called corporate and complained that housekeeping knocked on our door and asked us if we needed anything. Very disappointed in our stay. I will never stay at your hotel again.

The most disgusting place over ever stayed at. It was late night so we booked the first place we came across. Glass on the floor. Sticky nasty carpets roaches everywhere smelled moldy and dirty. Spots on the carpet that were no doubt bodily fluids. Water fell on the tile so I wiped it with the white towel the towel was filthy brown afterwards so they no doubt do not mop the floors. You’d think with the pandemic going on they’d be much cleaner but that’s obviously not their priority.

Clean and comfortable but the mattress was horrible it seemed like it was work out and paper thin very uncomfortable.

The price is way more expensive in person. What you'll get are dirty beds. You can even see the stains on the main bed covers. Small roaches crawling around the room. The room was extremely musty and humid upon entering. The showers were dirty, the shower head had a lot of hard water build up. Just a nasty place, not worth the 75$ I paid. Will not go back, I promise.

Mushy bed. Spent one night to attend a local funeral. Chemical smell deodorizer was over powering. The king room was spacious. But the bed was so cheap that it was like sleeping in a mushy canoe.

Won't stay again. The Wyndham name doesn't mean what it once did.
