Someone called Carlos at this company doesn’t deserve to work in sales, what a stinky attitude. All l needed was questions to be answered before l placed my order and his rudeness was just overboard, he ended up hanging up on me and deleting my order from the cart. Carlos take a vacation but even after that your attitude may just be that. Yana thank you for being nice, it’s unfortunate l won’t be ordering from you guys.

Absolutely terrible company. They charge a fee up front for them to create a proof. I sent them our sign in a vector format with the Pantone color that I wanted them printed in. They sent me back a sign that was re-done with all new fonts and nothing close to the color I wanted. They were very slow to return my emails and I finally asked them to cancel the order. They refused to refund the proof fee and even challenged my credit card dispute to try to recoup it.

Amazing quality at low prices. We switched to super cheap signs from another provider, and we get quick shipments, better pricing and better looking signs. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience working with the design team and creating yard signs for my company. I received them the next week and they not only looked great but also felt the quality of them will withstand the elements well.will be ordering again from them.

Had a really bad order with them just now. They changed the colors on the signs we ordered. We sent them a design and they sent a proof that was with completely different colors, and then, because I didn't notice that in the proof stage the signs ended up being printed with those wrong colors. They are unusable. I had no idea I had to check the colors too, as I assumed it looked odd since it was a print file. Why did they change the colors in the first place? Never in the past have colors been changed, we've always sent the same filetype. So I approved it out of habit, assuming we would get the same signs for the same file submitted. Incorrect assumption by me. Support was completely unhelpful and said there was nothing they could do since it was my fault for approving the proof. Senior account manager Carlos even called to personally blame me for the mishap. Thanks Carlos!

Super Cheap Signs' customer services is above and beyond. There was an issue with my order and they reached out within 20 minutes of the order being placed. They delivered quicker than expected which was such a wonderful surprise! Additionally the yard signs I ordered for my campaign are fabulous! I will only use Super Cheap Signs for any future orders!
