If I could get more than five stars I would the integrity and customer service is amazing. Samson and Eddie are awesome. THIS IS THE BEST CAR WASH IN DALLAS.

The guys at this car wash were so kind and helpful I was having a card issue and helped me kindly ESPECIALLY SAM! I will be back thanks Sam!

This is the best carwash I have ever been to. I came for a carwash & vacuum but ended up needing a boost. I want to give a special Thank you to Q the assistant manager for helping me get my car started & back rolling. I am so glad to have came to this location & received the level of customer care that they offered me.

Paid for monthly service to get under car washed
Found out, they no longer offer undercarriage wash.
Unethical business practice to have signs stating a service offered, that was discontinued prior to selling it,
(bait and switch?)
At First, refusal of any refund,
Then gave less than the cost of one wash back.

This is my go to car wash! The vaccines always work and the employees are very nice! The manager Quindric made sure my service was the best! The employees keeps me coming back. I give this car wash 5 stars! A true customer

It's gotten TOTALLY TERRIBLE here. Ive bn goin here for years& I've Emailed management, still no soap they rush ur car thru, it's still dirty, always the same, everytime. Im so done here! I'm telling all I got goin here to go elsewhere. I will take them along with me, smh.no consideration here periodT! It's really sad

Incredibly great experience at this car wash with amazing prices. I got a car wash and a free vacuum. The customer service is at the top of the line. 100% recommend and will go again.

Convenient location. All bays for cleaning and vacuuming are always in working order. The attendants keep the area clean and are very courteous! I'm here every Sunday and will continue to visit weekly.

Attendant stands on one side and sprays AT the vehicle. Does not go to passenger side, so not sure the purpose of spraying one side. Have used the location three times, same way each time. Attendant as friendly as a stump.

I have been ussing the VIP Fast Pass and today Sunday was not Fast at all, you guys should have a Lanr just for Fast Pass. Because sometimes I have to way for People that almost pay with coins or just dont know how to use it.
That way you fuys will force people to get the fast pass and evrything should be moving faster.
Another thing, the peraon who is geting the vehicle soak just sprayed the soap on the Driver side and the other side was not washed.

Excellent vacuums and the wash was reasonably priced. It was a little crowded in the detailing area but over all an excellent experience

This was my first time using this location and I’m very pleased I actually had an issue with the vacuum And the manager Q Was just so helpful he came and fixed the issue In no time I’m definitely grateful the entire staff

Car came out of the washer SPOTLESS! The free vacuums were VERY strong, my carpet interior looks brand new! Also, the workers were very friendly and were always on the move! Must stop by for a wash!

Definitely worth it but unfortunately the air dryer at the end of the wash doesn't get the job quite right to dry my windshield and my car glass doors.

Have always had a great experience when coming here! Today received help from Mr Q who was able to answer all my questions!
