I like that there's always an attendant to help you, clean cloths for cleaning the inside of the windows, powerful vacuums, and free air for the tires at every stall, plus it's cheaper than the others in town!

Wasted $7 for the car wash. Went in dry and came out wet with the dirt as is. Oh and they are also out of printing paper so no receipt for the payment either.

Totally awesomeness! Only car wash I go too. Come try out yiu won't give no where else, staff is friendly lot clean wash superb!

You get a lot for your money doing the monthly plan. The carwash cleaned my car except for the excess mud that was caked up above the wheels and the excess dirt on the rear of my car.
This was months of build up due to being lazy about washing my car. So not their fault. They did offer to let me go through again.
I love the vacuum nozzle as it gets into small crevices other vacuums don't.
They provide clean towels to dry your car completely. I can also clean my mats. This is all included in the plan.
The customer service is amazing.
Hopefully it stays this way unlike the last place I had a monthly membership with.

I paid $21.00, and my vehicle (after my wash) still needs to be cleaned. When I parked to vacuum, I had so many BIG areas that were not cleaned. That was such a waste of money. That's the place where I usually would use it, and in the beginning, it was amazing. I will not go back because it made my vehicle so much worse. Soooo in the dark, I was trying to wipe all the areas with a rag. I love to detail my vehicle after going through a car wash. However, my vehicle is still dirty in sections, and it is embarrassing to drive around in. The QT in Krum has a car wash, and their most expensive wash is only $12.00, and it does a way better job. I'm very upset that I lost $21.00 on a wash that made my vehicle an embarrassment to me. Money is way too much to just throw away, and that's what happened to me last night!

Happened to drive by this location today & so I went ahead & stopped. Hayden was super helpful & had great customer service. It’s the little things sometimes so definitely appreciated the customer service received!

I have the monthly pass which includes the cleaning of the wheels. This is what I ended up with. Service has gone way down. Do better.

I've only been here 3-4 times and just recently purchased a monthly pass. Each time, I was greeted by a young man named Darren, who greeted me with a smile, pleasant conversation, and "Have a blessed day" as I pulled away. Today, I went in to speak with the manager, Mike, about the great customer service given to me each time I've been there and I found the manager to be just as customer service oriented as Darren! In a day and time where customer service has gone the way of the flip phone, it's so refreshing to know it still exists at the Denton Superstar location! Thanks and bravo to the entire staff!

I have a membership and every time I go something isn’t working and broke. Not to mention the wash is not good. The soap dispenser doesn’t dispense so you end up just getting a bunch of swirls all over your paint. Every time I come out, there’s a new scratch or swirl in my headlights. Have deep scratches in them scratches that didn’t exist before so I basically got paid for pink correction to be done on the vehicle. I had a flexible antenna break and the manger try to not pay for it. I’ve canceled my membership after 2 years now and will be going some where else

There are other comparable car washes on university so I won’t be coming back to this one. Not at all what it used to be. I previously gave them a really good review, which was well deserved. Idk if it’s new management or what but… But prices have gone up, and quality in the wash has gone down within the last year.

Half the time the vacuum you pick isn’t working. Thought they were today because of the fresh tape that was on them maybe? The pressurized air has never worked? Towels are there about half the time.

They’re hurrying cars through as fast as they can so the washes aren’t as good. AND for several months it’s been that you can expect to have to deal with one salesman at the automated check out lane about half the time. But now they are posting up sellers to harass you about overpriced wash plans at EVERY SINGLE self check kiosk, EVERY SINGLE TIME you come for a wash. Telling them you’ve been there before does nothing they’ll just ask you how often you come to continue trying to up sell you. And I’ve heard from more than one person the membership isn’t easy to cancel. It’s annoying to have to explain to a new pushy person every time that you’re not interested in the over priced wash plans. AND THEY GET SO RUDE when you try not to have uncomfortable fake banter with them as they continue to try and sell you the plan the entire time you’re buying your wash.

And I can see on their recently left poor reviews they’re “working on it, they take complaints seriously” etc. Blah blah blah. No they don’t. Most complaints in the reviews from the past several months, I experienced today. And they routinely ask for positive reviews in exchange for free washes. So… take that in to consideration with so many five star reviews. Bc my car is still dirty $22 later (for the third time) They’re more interested in selling wash plans and drumming up reviews than washing cars

Amazing car wash, Aaron was friendly and was greeting everyone with a smile. I will be going back. The window drying is an added bonus. Keep up the good work!

I really like this wash as it doesn’t literally destroy my car like others. And Aaron was really nice too, gave me a code for a free wash.
