Guys if have appointment pls don’t trust them. They make you wait till another day. Better go other salon. I came once and totally disappointed. Instead of waiting three, you can go to out of state for vacation and be back and I swear they still make you wait…

STAY AWAY! Sandra completely butchered & chopped off my hair. Asked her to trim about 1 inch off the length, tapered around my face with a few long layers in the back. She cut very uneven, choppy layers all the way around, cutting off most of the length. I had long beautiful hair, but not anymore. I absolutely regret going here & will only go to a professional salon in the future. Sandra could never work at a classy place because of haircuts like this. I'm angry that she is still employed after reading a previous negative review from 9 months ago about her doing the exact same thing to another customer. How was she allowed to keep cutting hair? ! Shame on you Supercuts! Wish I had seen this before going there. I will definitely be getting my money back, including her tip.

Friendly, reasonably priced, and Super Haircuts. Seriously I have been a client for 2 years at this location. They are really great.

Sandra always cuts my hair. She is very friendly, professional, and just a ray of sunshine. I told her when you've had the best, don't bother with the rest.

The service was amazing, I was treated very well and the hairdresser attended to my needs, gave me a great shampoo. She massaged my scalp and got rid of all the dry skin! I felt very much at home and loved the caring conversation. Sandra did an amazing job and Alicia the manager knew all about the products, services and rewards.

I went in today and Sandra was wonderful. She has the best customer service and very happy this is a plus for me. It’s all about customer service and she has it. She did a wonderful job with my haircut. I am very pleased. I am super excited that I have found my place to get a haircut even if it’s not close by I will drive here just because of the wonderful service. I am very pleased

I've been here 3 times, had 3 different people cut my hair. Was good each time. All the people here are very nice, they listened when I described what I wanted, and got it right. I recommend this location on 6505 north beach wholeheartedly.

I'm very unhappy with the cut I received. My stylist, Sandra, had a great personality and provided great customer service but this cut is subpar. (I've included the reference images I showed her that she said she was fully capable of doing) The length on top was about 4". I asked her to leave the top alone to let it grow out and to just clean up the sides and the back. The blending is atrocious, the hairline in the back isn't even at all, and the 'layers' aren't uniform (take a close look at the sides and back) Ultimately, this is my fault for trusting Supercuts again but it's not a mistake I'm willing to make a 3rd time. Incredibly disappointed and mortified, do not recommend in any fashion.

First time here and told them that I’ve always had a bad experience when getting a haircut, just never say anything but Chris took excellent care of me and asked about everything with my hair! Great job dude! Definitely will be back!

When I arrived two stylist was on duty. One was with a client the other approached the counter. I asked can you cut an inverted bob, A line cut? He responded no but, you can try Fantastic Sam's next to Kroger's and they may be able to help you. I appreciate his honestly. It's a difficult hair cut and no body wants chopped up. So, in all fairness he served me well by sending me to another business, as I am not from this area. In town on business.

Yvonne did a great job, gave good suggestions on styling and offered ideas on styling products that would help make my style easier.

Yvonne is fantastic! I first met her 2 months ago when I came in with long hair and asked her for a new hairstyle. I showed her a photo I'd found and she really brought it to life! I just returned to see her again and she did a great job. Yvonne is professional, courteous, friendly, and a wizard with those scissors of hers! Thank you, Supercuts, for employing someone as amazing as Yvonne at the Fort Worth Beach Street location!

Great experience! Drove to 2 other places that were closer because I got off work late.knockouts told me at 7pm they were booked for the night. 4 stylists.no customers in the building.then I called Floyd's at 7: 10 asked to make an appt.they were not taking walkins. Next closest place was Supercuts so we just drove there. I forgot to ask the guy his name but he had long blue hair. When we got there around 7: 25 he was cutting a woman's hair.he took his time finishing her hair then came to take care of my son. He was super friendly and called my son back, got the scoop on what my son wanted done to his hair. I apologized for coming in at 7: 30.he said" No need to apologize we are open until 8pm.so I'm here to cut hair until 8. " Reasonable and won me over with customer service. I will be calling to see when he works and what his name is tomorrow to get my hair cut. I skipped my hair cut since by the time he finished my son's hair it was 8 so since he didn't turn us down I figured I would come back and see him tomorrow. You gained a loyal customer today thank you!

Good place for a quick haircut. If you have blonde hair be warned you may have some stragglers. Blonde hair is hard to cut due to the lighting inside. My hair being ultra omega thin doesnt help much either. Still I always come back about 4 times a year. It's close to home.
