Haircut was sloppy, realized after I had given the barber a tip on top of the due amount. Likely not going back and I'll have to visit another barber to touch up my hair. Worst haircut I've had by far.

This was my second time at this location. Teresa cut my hair the first time and did a great job so I went back to her again. I will continue coming here.

Scheduled an appointment an hour ahead, showed up exactly at 12 PM. No one greeted me, or acknowledged I walked in. I see two people getting their hair cut, so I wait until they’re done. After 20 minutes of waiting, Alexis finally tells me that she sees my name but since I was late (I wasn’t) the 4 people in the lobby would be ahead of me.

I scheduled this for my lunch break, I don’t have 2 hours to wait for you especially when I checked in online an hour in advance. Won’t be returning here. Don’t bother scheduling online, they don’t care about your time

My brother showed a lady a picture of what he wanted done to his hair because she didnt speak any english and it was i believe a low tapper fade cut and well she ended up shaving my brother hair bald smdh, never again will i take him to that place again.

I called today, Friday 11/18/22 at 5: 13 pm and would love to speak to the manager here about my experience just attempting to become a new regular client. Absolutely the poorest phone etiquette I have ever encountered from any haircut/salon business.

Theresa just chopped all my hair off and it looks incredible! She even let me practice my Spanish with her while she worked. Thanks Theresa! My fiancé loves it too!

My stylist was so sweet, attentive, and professional. She did a wonderful job, and I would recommend this location.:)

No sense of urgency, stylist taking 10 minutes between clients to check their phones and straighten up the desk when there is a lobby full of people. It’s obviously just a J. O. B.to them.

I won't be returning. I scheduled an appointment. Showed up 10 mins early. Was told by the manager it would be 10-15 mins. 35 mins later I ask her the status and she immediately became hostile and aggressive. She is unwilling to be courteous to customers. All I needed was to be told a relatively accurate estimate so I could decide to try somewhere else. Instead I have now missed my opportunity for a haircut before traveling.

I like the hair stylist Alexis. She did great with my hair. I took my kid but 3 times either its too busy or closed on a Sunday at peak hours.

Great experience and awesome haircut by the Stylist! Not bad for only 1 year in the business! Will definitely go back! Thanks A!

Sometimes they make the worst pizza
They dont put enough sauce n cheese. Sometimes they get it just right and tasty. Dont know if they have different cooks but Im sure that always helps.

Incredibly rude. Was very patient but they keep pushing customers off. Definitely will not come back.

Eli did awesome work in a timely manner! I didn’t know “how I wanted my hair” I’m terrible at explaining an answer to that question but Eli figured it out and did awesome work! Would recommend requesting him if you visit this location!

I was getting a haircut. Later on the day was perfected because of the hairdresser.

I love this place the stuff is really good and Eli is an amazing hairstylist I recommend him to anyone he did an amazing wolf cut and I go back to him every 2 months.
