I’m so tired of walking in to places that make you feel like you’ve intruded I came in for a haircut picture in hand and all to walk out so disappointed the entire time I was there it was silent and tense like I was a bother look if you can’t do it just say that I will go elsewhere I honestly don’t even know how this place in still open up if you think costumer service is going to kill you then don’t pick a carrier where you have to deal with people.

Time to bring the hats out because this is a terrible haircut

Just walked out with this chop job of a haircut, not blended at all.seemed like a first time mens cut for stylist. DO NOT go here.so upset he paid.we left and went straight to june street barber shop.drive the extra bit to get your men’s cuts.

Basic hair cuts and treatments. Should you need your hair, cut, colored, trimmed, or styled for a reasonable price. Most stylists are worthy.

Wasn’t satisfied with the first haircut I received. Asked for a basic trim and for everything to be kept one length. My hairs very long and straight. The first stylist took actual clippers to my hair and hacked it off before trimming it. I was assured it would look better after I washed and let my hair dry. I went home did just that but came right back when I noticed how choppy it looked and there were a couple pieces longer than the rest. I had a second stylist, Shannon, re-trim my hair and even it out. She was outstanding. Truly a gem. She took care of me, talked with me throughout the whole process. Very kind and knowledgeable. I love how clean and even my haircut came out after Shannon sat me down. I highly recommend Shannon at this location in Addison. She deserves more than just a great review.

Very professional, amazing customer service, and always the best atmosphere. I've enjoyed every visit I've had over the years. All of the hair stylist are great. You cannot go wrong. I received a great value

Racists and the workers weren't Caucasian either. On Sunday April 30th I booked an online appt for 11: 20am. I got there 5 minutes early but there was a Caucasian male who walked in before me, he walked towards the ipad to sign in/make an appointment and I sat down cause I already had an appointment. When the male finished signing in the worker said I'm ready for you. As HE walked towards her she asked ME are you going to sign in? Then I said I signed in online already, and she still decided to take the other guy. No other worker to be found for 15 minutes. Another Caucasian male came in and was about to sit down but a different worker appeared out of no where and said I'm ready for you. I was going to walk up but the new worker said oh not you, he had an appointment. This second worker was wearing a Scream t-shirt, no apron and worked while not wearing an apron, very unprofessional. As I was still waiting an older Caucasian woman came in and said I have an appointment and behind her was a different old Caucasian male who had to sign in in the ipad (so he was after me cause he literally just signed in). The gentleman who had the appointment early on was done so the woman who had an appointment got to get her hair cut cause "she had an appointment". And finally, when the 1st gentleman's hair cut was done, the 1st worker called out the older Caucasian gentleman's name instead of mine so I just walked out. At this time it was 11: 55am when I had a 11: 20am appointment, when he walked in way after me. Please check the surveillance footage, every statement I stated is fact. Please fire these horrible workers working on Sunday April 30th around noon.

Love to come there and always have the best haircut with Lisa. She's awesome. I've been coming every month for almost 2 years. So glad I found her and this place. It's always clean, and staff are very friendly

Worst place to cut your hair. One side of my head has long hair and other with short hair. If you tryin get a simple hair cut youll be fine.if you tryin get fancy haircut please go somewhere else.

The front desk lady (she also cuts hair) Is RUDE. No wonder this place has no customers. Will not return.
