Supercuts, Temple TX

The workers here are honestly rude here. Everytime i book a appointment the system tells me how many people are in front of me, this time it told me one person was in front of me. Mind you i literally get a high fade (5 min job), instead of them clarifying it was appointment for 2 people booked under one guest. I sat there for 45 mins and they decided to take both clients. Me not knowing that, my friend told the lady "we were here 1st". Older lady proceeded to tell us they had a appointment 1st, she asked if they could cut me real quick and that we should've at least been told that. She screams at my friend "we don't have to tell you nothing". Wasted time sittinf there just to get no cut. Man I left and will not be back! Like okay i didn't expect to get a cut just cause it was gonna take less time. But you could've at least lmk when i asked the 1st time it was gonna be a long wait. Mind you this is not the first time this has happened.

Absolutely do NOT bring your kids here expecting anything like you ask. I RESHOW HER THE PICTURE AFTERWARDS and she says “I can’t do that a barber can” THEN TELL ME BEFORE. Never again

Got a mohawk there a couple days ago. Barber and me was absolutely scared and excited to do this. We both enjoyed the cut. Haven't stood it up yet but I still love my mohawk!

Way too expensive if you're just getting an undercut cleaned up. My undercut was only grown out by and inch or two and it was $20 to get it re-shaved. I only paid $8 at another business a few months ago.

Went in for a wash and cut and was greeted nicely. There was only 1 other customer in the salon when I came in. The lady that checked me in said she would be right back to assist me as she had to make a phone call. I asked the other stylist of she had a color selection and she brought me the book. When I saw a color I liked, she said we will not be doing that today since we close in 2 hours. An all over color does not take 2 hours. She was rude and very unprofessional. Do not take your business to these people because they are definitely not in the business to make money! I left without getting my original intention to havevthe wash and cut done. 100 % not going back. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

Emily was great. She did an awesome job on my son’s haircut. Very good with kids. Not only did my son get a good haircut but we enjoyed our visit.

Hailey was the most professional caring hairdresser I’ve ever had she fixed my hair which I for sure thought was unfixable I’d give her 20 stars but 5 was the limit she was so friendly and outgoing thank you hailey from Jordan she will be my new go to person

Hailey did an amazing job fixing my hair which I thought was not going to be possible but not only did she fix it but I left loving it and feeling amazing about it. She was very friendly she listened to what I was wanting id give her 20 stars if I could but can't. Thank you so so much for your amazing service Hailey. Her coworkers and or manager should give her more credit than they seemed they did. I would have walked out had I had one of the other ladies do my hair

Curtis gave me the best layered cut that earned me so many compliments.
I was reluctant at first to cut my hair short but now I wouldn’t want it any other way and refuse to have any other stylist do my hair but CURTIS! Way to go Supercuts, thank you!

This was my first time here! Curtis did a shampoo and haircut! This was absolutely the best haircut and shampoo I ever received! I am coming here everytime now so do not lose Curtis! He is the best! Hands down!

This is a great place to get a haircut, I used Curtis, and he did an excellent job. I've used some of the other stylists there as well, and they are all really talented, and professional.

Curtis is great. He always does an excellent job.
But, this time I came in and asked for a stacked a-line bob. I told him I was growing out an undercut we had done and I needed something manageable to help it lay better. He said we could do the a-line, but with what I was looking for and the length of my hair, he suggested to instead just blend the top to the sides and back better and clean it up. While it’s shorter than I wanted, I think it worked out way better than the bob would have. And it’s super cute! Thanks Curtis, you’re the best!
