What’s the point on making appointments if (according to Kalpana) Jerry, the Manager, is directing his employees to skip people with appointments in order to take people who are already there, even when the person with the appointment shows up early for his appointment. What sense does that make? Good employees can’t really shine with bad management. Very disappointing. Not worth my business.

Place really has fallen below acceptable. The lady clipped my sons ear and did a horrible fade

I have been a few times normally an ok experience went last Sunday showed her several pictures of what o wanted I thought since she had been 7 years surly something she would be able to do nope can’t even tell I got a hair cut!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
If I could give this location negative stars I would. I've gone into this location several times in the past to get my hair trim, but this time was the worst. Their new staff gave me "Get Out" vibes. The white lady (not sure if she was a hair stylist or a greeter) sitting near the entryway was extremely RUDE and borderline racist. She blatantly told me that I needed to process/perm my naturally textured hair in order for them to cut my hair effectively. "Karen" then told me that it did not look like I straightened my hair at all before coming in, although I did. Not only was her tone-deaf opinion unsolicited, she wasn't even the person cutting my hair! Needless to say, that will be the last time I give them my business, and I will be sure to tell everyone that I know to do the same!

Great service and haircut. I have a tough beard to manage but they handled it well!
