Supercuts - Wylie, TX

I absolutely love my hair cut and style! As I have gotten older, my hair has become really thin and breaks off. I wanted a short, manageable and cute style. Lindsey rocked it! She understood what I wanted and made the idea a reality. This is the second time I have been to the salon in Wylie and Lindsey has transformed my hair. She never disappoints! Highly recommend her to anyone that is looking for a total transformation or even just a touch up! Not just 5 stars here…I give her all the stars!

One word. SUPERB! I would give 10 starts if I could. Last week I went in as I was way overdue for a hair trim. My curly hair was dry, uneven and not in good shape. Lindsey transformed my hair! She got it evened up, conditioned and looking fantastic! She taught me about products that help keep the dryness away (as curly hair is always dry) and products to keep the curls looking great and not crunchy! I love the products too! Today, I went back and Lindsey did all over color and highlights. It's been years since I've had highlights. She suggested that we do highlights blended throughout the underside of my hair and under the top layer. That way when I pull my hair back or put my hair up, you see these really great highlights. It turned out absolutely BEAUTIFUL! I have not had my hair this way for even a full day, and already I have received at least 5 compliments on how pretty my hair is, how pretty the color is and how healthy my hair is! I NEVER get compliments on my hair! I cannot thank Lindsey enough! Her knowledge of products, styling, care, etc was just phenomenal! I am not good with hair and this is the first time in 46 years that I am actually proud of my hair and feel confident in taking care of it from what she has taught me! THANK YOU! THANK YOU LINDSEY! There are just not enough words to say how much you have helped me and how much more confident I feel in myself! I actually feel pretty! I really wanted to share this on here as I am so incredibly happy and wanted everyone to know how amazing the Wylie Supercuts is!

When I need my hair cut in town, Tizu is my only one go to hairstylist. I enjoy her beautiful smile and best customer service skill.

9/30-Went with bf for cuts for both of us. Was hoping Asian guy was no longer there. Last cut he gave me was awful. Bf got his cut from him, went right into political talk and pissed my bf off. Messed up his mustache and beard, was asked 3 times to fix it and never did get it right. Will never go back as long as he is employed there. He talks non-stop and doesn't know what he is doing.

Super cuts is a nice and friendly place, don’t go to the asian, I don’t want to sound at all stereo type but it may be a cultural thing, if you want short hair go for it, but the other 2 ladies are great.

I went for a haircut today and I tryed to tell the guy that I wanted modern bowl cut with an undercut on the sides and neck, my bangs to my eye level and the the upper back of the hair with volume. The barber did not let me finish my explanation and I assumed he understood what I was saying as he told me: "I know how you want. " I even showed him a picture that he did not even take a second to see. Also, he even asked me the length in which I wanted the tips of my sides. I said to him that I wanted them long and I showed him to which level. He did what he wantedand cut my tips way shorter. I am really mad and I want a refund. I even gave him a $5 tip. Can someone please tell me how is thishaircit the same as this one.

I wouldn't recommend this salon at all.all I wanted was my hair to be thinned out and not cut the length at all, and the stylist just got clipper happy and cut horrible lengths throughout my hair. Then my sister got a haircut too and she also wasent happy about her haircut. And I still had to pay $50 bucks and still tipped $5. Sooo. Yeah. Think smart and do not come to this salon.

Had my haircut from Carrisa today. She was attentive and polite and paid attention to the details. Will be back again next time.

Dennis was great. I asked for a pixie cut since I was tired of my long bob style and he cut it exactly how I wanted. Place was clean and conversation with Dennis was very interesting. I'll definitely be back.

Worst haircut ever. Customer service was okay, but the quality of their work outweighed the small talk. I could have tolerated a terrible cut, but when the stylist allowed me to walk out of the door without bothering to brush the excess hair from my face and neck, I couldn't believe it. It doesn't take a skilled stylist to brush the excess hair off your neck. It's simply not caring about your job or your customers, just going to work every day to collect a paycheck.

GO SEE KIMBERLY! I have not had her cut my hair yet, but she has cut my boys hair. I don't normally go to chain salons but I've made an exception for this Super Cuts location! Kim knows what she is doing and she has been doing it for years! She works well with kids too! I'll be making an appointment soon to get my hair cut as well and will update this review then! (She knows how to do a mean Mohawk too, ask my son!)

I walked in and was immediately seated for my trim. The girl was super sweet and told me everything she was doing as well as showed me in the mirror how much was being cut off. I'd recommend this place to anyone.

It was terrible they don’t listen he said my hair was too long and just cut it all off when I told him no too they will mess u up never go here
