I believe they do not know how cut a hair, because was bad experience in my hair cut I asked for bob with layers it was not cut like bob with layers. I am share some videos I hope they learn from these follows videos…

My visit was for my 6 year old to get a haircut. He's had many. It's not his first rodeo. All prior visits to haircutters at multiple locations have been a positive and fun experience. And then there was THIS ONE. First, the 'stylist' walks out to greet us from the back room chewing food. Not entirely with her mouth closed either. Really? It looked like someone chewing but without one of her dentures in place. Then my son sits in the chair. The trimmers are engaged. Back of the head and neck. He reaches out his hand to me all sad. He whispered in my ear that she's hurting him. I told her to be gentle. Then he says he is itchy. She unclamps the smock thing to reset it and drops hair to the WRONG SIDE of the smock. Now he's more itchy. I said I want his hair short. She second guesses me and said 'are you sure? The wives usually don't like real short hair'. Who are you lady? Then she gets the spray bottle. BOOM.sprays him in the face. Direct shot. Ya can't do that in such a way as to not spray his face while trying to get his hair wet? Then after she cuts some hair, he's got hair all over the side of his face. After maybe a full minute I go and wipe the side of his face. She then goes to the backroom to get some dry wipe cloths. And maybe a bite of lunch. She returns to cutting. Sloppy cutting. My son is moving around a little. I ask him to hold still. She says that she had a 2 year old in the other day and says that child was so well behaved. So she's telling my son that he's being compared to a 2 year old. On the way home, he asks me 'why did the lady talk about the 2 year old? ' That's enough to explain my one star. I've been here a couple of times. It's be fine. Unfortunately, I'm describing this awful experience but that's just what it was. Awful. I don't think this is because she was 60s/70s. I think it's because she doesn't have strong stylist skills. I guess either good help is hard to find or this establishment lets any stylist on board.

The Lady completely ignored me and cut off almost 6 inches of my hair when i only asked for a trime of an inch to an inch and a half and she kept trying to cut it even shorter im extremely unsatisfied with the service and level of care provided here and will not be coming back

They do not follow their useless check-in system. I waited for an hour for son’s haircut while they were taking other customers who came in after me and checked in after me.

Horrible experience! We did haircut for my 12 year old son. It’s the worst haircut ever! And that lady shaved part of my son’s eyebrow! I am really upset!

I got a shampoo and cut at this Supercuts location today and couldn't be happier with the results. HayDe was the one who did the shampoo and cut.and she was terrific. Took her time, make certain the style and cut was as I wished. THANK YOU!

I had a less than average experience this morning with this lady Fozia. Her hands were shaking quite a bit and it was scary every time she brought the trimmer close. I'm not sure if this is the right profession for her

Destiny was super nice and she did a great job! I definitely Recommend her! She made the whole haircut experience super comfortable, I’m always so nervous about haircuts but she did amazing.

I received a great haircut! I have several places that are thin and I’ve lost hair in those spots. Her skill made my hair look a little fuller and I appreciate her taking the time to make it look fuller.

Destiny was fantastic with my 7 year old son! He refuses to have anyone else cut his hair. She now cuts my Husband's hair also. We love her.

I have been going to Supercuts for a long time and my hairstylist is Hayde! She is always on her game and provides me with the best haircut! Very clean, efficient, good price and great service.

I received the worse hair cut of my life here yesterday. It was from a young girl. I had to find another salon on short notice to have my hair fixed today. The stylist cut one side of my hair shorter than the other side. The cut was uneven and choppy. She gave me layers which I told her NOT to do. The wait time was long but then the stylist rushed my whole hair cut. I regret ever going to this Supercuts. They destroyed one side of my hair. This was suppose to be just a simple hair cut. They should look into hiring stylists who know what they're actually doing. This Supercuts is terrible.
