Supercuts (West U), Houston TX

Before I walking in to super cut I do some research, about how it’s working so I don’t see any of Hot Towel on this location even though the price is little bit high then others hair cut.

Tina did an excellent job on my hair! She listened to what I wanted, was super friendly, and gentle with the washing and cutting of my hair - I have fine hair and a sensitive head so that's always a concern for me because I feel bad asking someone to go a bit easier which I didn't have to do or even think about. I called right before I came in and was able to be seated and get my hair done quickly. The price was inexpensive for a woman's cut ($19 and maybe some change). I will definitely be going here again!

Always booking with Ofelia! I have always gone to more “expensive” boutique salons and turned my nose up at the chains but the fancy places never really did right by my shaved sides. Ofelia was recommended and she did not disappoint!

Supercuts at Weaslayan Plaza was great. Had to go there because Golden Plaza on Chimney Rock and Westheimer was closed. No one there. No one answered phone; nor, was any outgoing message on phone about closure?

Leslie is absolutely amazing. My hair was a hot mess and she absolutely worked her magic! I’d highly recommend her to anyone that is looking for someone that can get their life back.

They were super nice and professional. My haircut was exactly how I wanted, and my boyfriend really liked his haircut he received here. The stylists are easy to talk to as well.

It’s hit or miss. If you get someone good you’ll get a great haircut but at least half the time they seem inexperienced or just slow. I had to ask someone to stop cutting my hair one day because it was taking so long. I learned who I like and only go when they’re available. So maybe the advice here is find someone you like and stick with them. I go back bc it’s right by my house and I don’t have a lot of time.

Horrible haircut all together. Woman couldn’t follow the simplest instruction and messed up my hair. This is a week before a wedding. Only redeeming factor (thus 2 stars instead of 1) was the nice lady who tried to fix my hair but too much had already been messed up for it to be fixed.

Used coupon. Good deal, but wasn’t offered to wash my hair which resulted in worse haircut. Wasn’t coming from home. Nice people.

This store is my latest favorite Supercuts. Staff is always friendly and attentive, the music is at the correct volume level, and they have more than one stylist on staff at all times.

Bad customer service. Random prices. Two months ago they charged me $13 for what they charged me $18.50 today. Barber got passive aggressive when I asked her to adjust the buzz from a 2 to a 1. Will never come back here again. Will try great clips next.

This Supercuts has raised their price for a normal male haircut (no shampoo) for the second time in a few years. The increase from $15 to $16 was understandable but now it has gone all the way up to $18.95! I still tip whoever cuts my hair the same as always, but I can guarantee you that a large percentage of people tip considerably less with the price increase. The owner's greed is likely costing the stylists a lot in tips and in the end will cost them their business when long time patrons like me go to nicer salons that cost only a bit more than the new exorbitant prices at this location.

Just went there and no one won't do my hair because they close at 9: 00pm. Os 6: 24pm. I just wanted a root retouch it takes 30 minutes. Thanks

I personally think this is the best Supercuts inside the loop. The stylists are friendly and all of them give quality haircuts. On a really random note, some of them look like they are related to famous musicians like Beyoncé, Ariana Grande, and Adele. I don't know their actual names but when I recommend this place to friends I tell them to look for the stylists that resemble these celebrities.

Always see Stephanie. I've been going to see her for about a year now, and I'm always happy with her work. She puts the health of my hair ahead of doing what's faster. She explained that even though a different stylist was using a razor on my hair to get the job done quicker, that the razor is actually harmful to my hair. Thank you, Stephanie!

Horrible service! They sent me away with no hairstyle or trim her excuse was my hair was not cut correctly the first time and sent me out the door.
