Supercuts, Sugar Land TX

I have been visiting this Supercuts location for about three years. Well-managed and clean place, professional staff, reliable scheduling, and plenty of parking. Aster is my usual hair stylist, and she does an excellent job, I know I can count on her. I can easily request her via the website when I book my appointment.

I had a very nice experience from my stylist “Heather”, who is a multi talented lady. She listened to my requests and gave me one of the best haircut I’ve had.

This place is a joke and the stylist is completely unprofessional! I got a coupon in the mail for a haircut at $11.95. The coupon states ANY haircut. The lady said she was going to charge me the $11.95 plus an additional $5. What? ! She said that because of the length of my hair (which is shoulder length) she has to charge me extra. The regular price for a haircut is $17.95, so I'm not saving any money. The coupon is misleading and should not say $11.95 for ANY haircut. The stylist was so rude and had an attitude. This is false advertising.

Staci, Danielle, and Thao. I've been coming here for at least 2 years and I'm always satisfied.

Everyone is really nice here. Staci, however, is my favorite and the only one I let cut my hair.

They are the sweetest and most patient with the little ones. They'll get you in and out and they're great all around

I like this location. The girl that cuts my hair does an amazing job. I also like the fact I can check in online. Very convenient.

Stylists are good, but the online booking (which I have the confirmation for) did not show up in their system. My husband sat there for 25 minutes before they realized there was a problem and then told him he'd have to wait some more.

Double check as soon as you walk in the door.

Great place and great prices compared to other salons in the area. Never have to wait for more than 10 minutes and the stylists do a great job.

Do NOT go here. The Asian stylist, if you can call her that, yelled at my special needs daughter in front of a salon full of customers because she wasn't turning her head in the right direction. I called the owner to complain and she did nothing about it.

The worst service ever! Don't come here the old lady with short hair was so rude! It's true what other's reviews saying they have horrible costumer service.

The staff was nice however the cut and style were not as expected. I had to ask the hair stylist if she could please put something on my hair to tame it down. My hair ended up very frizzy and not styled well. Honestly, I could have done a better job at home. Perhaps it was the stylist I got but I would rather not spend more money here again to find out. I will be going elsewhere next time.

The Telfair Supercuts is a little gem in our neighborhood. We've been customers for over a year now and have always had a great experience. It's really simple to get a time slot online or on the app. The staff is always friendly and upbeat. We go to Danielle for our little ones - she is great with kids. Overall super service, super value!

Close to the office and the wait generally isn't bad (<15 minutes). The two employees I've had cut my hair were both friendly.

I checked in online and got appointment time of 2pm. We arrived at 1: 56pm and She decided to took other customer at 1: 56pm. She made us wait for 20 min. I will look for other place. Very disappointed.
