Tex-Mex Restaurant Superica reviews
17Ate at Superica before covid and it was great across the board. Ate again in 2023 on a Sunday at 5: 30pm for a table of 5, restaurant was not busy (maybe half full). Patio table we were directed to was still dirty from last patrons. Waiter was slow to come back and get drink orders. Waiter forgot one person's entree and it didn't come out until everyone else was halfway finished with their meals. No apology or offer to reduce the bill for their mistake. This is the level of service Superica provides on a $150 tab?
Service was quick. Drinks were delicious. Tacos al carbon was like chewing leather. I still paid for my meal and shared the feedback with our server.
Classic Tex Mex vibes. Very popular on weekend nights so plan ahead. Delicious food and quick service.
The margaritas (rocks) here are the best margaritas in Houston hands down. A bit on the pricey side but oh so worth it. Service is excellent.
I've read the reviews about brunch pancakes. Cannot wait to try. We had chalupas that were wonderful.
I've been coming here since they opened. Only took a star away because their queso is not the best. They have amazing tacos, salsa, and margaritas!
Margaritas tart, small, and overpriced. Salsa were good, as well as their hot sauce. Food was just ok
Exceptional service, food and great prices. Ate brunch and our group of 5 was extremely impressed with everything. Will definitely return and will highly recommend.
I love this restaurant. The salsa is so good. The queso, mmmmmm. The fajitas are great. Palomas are amazing. Stop by because you will not regret going.
The chicken Verdes could have been warmed up a little more, the middle of the enchiladas are only lukewarm. But other than that they were good. But having the hostess and all the female weight staff at the host stand talking about their personal beauty routines got to be monotonous.
Food was ok. I got the enchiladas. Cheese. Gravy was spicy and bitter was not impressed by the food at all had better and less pricey down the street. Chips n salsa was good. And service was great
Everything was amazing only thing I have to say negative about it was super duper cold in there. So make sure to take a sweater jacket
Seriously tasty food. From drinks, salsas to lunch and dinner dishes. Very good. Friendly staff and management. Beautiful and chill atmosphere. The Chile relleno was super delish. Salsa was beyond on point, fantastic really.
Recommend by a friend as we are new to the area. I thought the food was just ok, small portions and large prices. Don't think this would be on my top list to return.
Drive past this restaurant several times and decided to give it a try today so here we are. Lunch menu is classic and straightforward, ordered two enchiladas and they were all tasty, my only minor complaint would be the quesadillas, a bit too salty to my taste. Overall it was all positive. Service was excellent and the dining environment was great, will come back for more!
They had me when we got out of the car and the smokey cooking smell was in the air. We had the beef/chicken fajitas which were delicious. The queso has an awesome smokey flavor to it. Service was great.
Friendly staff, fast service. Tried a few cocktails, nothing remarcable. Food was great I recommend the steak and eggs, skirt steak cooked to perfection on top of a sustancial amount of grilled onions. We also had the tamales & eggs which sound weird but are delicious.
