First time own a pool, we were lucky to hire Alex as our first person to work on our pool. He is very knowledgeable and responsive. He spent a lot of time educate us on how to use our system and maintain our pool. He also checks in from time to time to make sure our pool is working properly. We are very happy with Alex and will continue working with him.
I had a pool resurfacing done, not by Superior, and the pool developed a problem of staining, yellow lines. The owner of Superior Pool Cleaning, Alex Macias, did a no drain acid wash and now the pool looks great! He was very professional and kept me informed at every step.
