Not satisfied with the service. I asked for basic car wash and cleaned my car already at home. They charged me $15.95. At the time of payment when I asked them why you are charging me that much that said that it's for vacuum and wash which I never used and instead of giving me refund they did useless tire shine. Never going back. If you are going to the place then make sure to confirm charges before anything you do otherwise you will get surprised at the cashier.

Amazing work. My car is stained with coke and coffee and it build up over years, it took these guys 4 hours to took it all out. I can see in those 4 hours they really put in the work non of em slacking off. And most importantly it cheap, I mean reasonable price. I would have to tip more than 10$ for the good work but this ain’t my money D: .

Don't talk respectfully and tries to upset saying $7 is not available when the next one is just an add on

I highly recommend this place. Lou in the lube express excellent manager. He helped me with my car and gave me car advice on my car. The service here is fast and efficient. I love coming here all the time

7/29/2023 - I wish I read the reviews before I wasted 60 dollars for such lousy work (and that was with the special) I wanted to take my new car here just to keep it nice and clean a week after my purchase. They left streaks and barely touched the inside. The people are rude with the exception of the lady I paid at the register. Just a terrible experience please save your money or pay a kid in your neighborhood to down the same job!

Wow! What a great job they do here. Had a full detail job done on my car after had been sitting a while. It like brand new! Thank you so much for doing such a great job. Highly recommend this car wash.

Older man that cleaned my truck did an excellent job. I hope I get him next time and I’d be giving him a bigger tip than last time

I came for an oil change. Lou asked me what type of oil? I replied I don't know, aren't you supposed to know? He tells me it's not his car it's my car and I should know. He knows what kind of oil his car takes and his daughter knows what kind of oil her car takes. He also stated he knows what kind of oil my car takes but sometimes people don't want that. They want to switch it up. I gave a confused look and was then told don't worry about it pull up. At this point I don't want him to change my oil. If you're job is changing oil, you should know what you're doing even if the customer doesn't! If you come to my job, I can tell you every aspect of my job. Just plain old rude! I called the business to complain to the manager and the lady that answered the phone said the manager was busy. She refused to put him on the phone. I went across the street to 5 minute oil change. The guy was very polite. He told me what type of oil goes in my car and gave me options to choose from. I got my oil changed and a filter replaced for my ac for $70.

I took my car in for oil change. Oil was topped off and air put in tires. Car had only been driven 1200 miles in 7 months so NO CHARGE. I really value honesty.

Today I took my car I paid $45 dollars and they did not vacuum it well or clean it well I always take my car there they left small things but today it was a very bad service

1st time here, and my car looked new. I usually go to another, but it's been out for at least 15 days. That is good bc there was a noticeable difference
