Superior Urgent Care, Saginaw TX

Watch out for hidden fees. Took my son here and we had already hit his OOP max MONTHS ago, yet they somehow charge us $125 for lab fees that "aren't included in other bills. " Didn't give any other explanation.

We'll go to another urgent care in the future where we don't get these surprise bills.

So I was in town helping a friend with a quick renovation and I sliced open my foot pretty good. My friend called the urgent care to see if there was a wait, and they said there was no wait and to come in right away. So naturally, while he was on the phone I wrapped up my foot in paper towel and duct tape. Along the way we stopped to get some taco bell (seemed like a good idea at the time). So there I am eating my beefy cheesy 5 layer burrito thinking this day couldn't get any worse and I commented on how flavorless the food was, so I started pouring these diablo sauce packets on just to taste something (this is important, I promise). We get there and we did all the check-in stuff. They're taking vitals, getting ready to stitch up my foot and the one nurse says that my skin is really warm, so she takes my temp and sure enough, fever of 101.9. I was like "I just thought it was cold out today". They start going down the symptoms and finally did a test and YEP, I had COVID. Explains why I couldn't taste anything. So yeah, they get me all stitched and bandaged and got me some meds to get through the Ronny Rona. I kid you not though, the very next day my GI tract was putting in some serious effort to evacuate everything (diablo sauce was a bad bad idea). But once I realized this was outside the normal parameters for Tbell, we went to the urgent care.again. They said it was food poisoning, and hooked me up with some meds and fluids. Anyway, it was a heck of a trip. The nurse, Desirea was awesome. Great bedside manner, and I hope she got a kick out of my misfortune. They patched me up good!

Great facility, I thought it was very clean. Great care and excellent staff. I thought Desiree was particularly nice and helpful. She had a great sense of humor which helped in a potentially stressful situation. Thanks everyone!

I was there yesterday i got flu there customer service was very bad they treat us very badly today i call them to prescribe my medication they said to we are very rush we don't have time we goanna do that at the end of the day who said like that if someone is dying for pills later they prescribe wrong medicine after i feel good im planning to sue them they give me a lot of trouble during my hard time specially front-desk lady

There is no 0 star otherwise they deserve zero 0 star. Rude customer service, they donot care about patient and they donot prescribe right medicine.
Please donot visit. Try other urgent care

All the staff were incredibly friendly. Most professional staff. And best of all the Doctor is a Military Veteran.

Dr. Kanu and his staff are amazing! They get me in very fast and are able to take care of me so well. They also offer primary care services which is great! I’ll be coming here for all my future needs.

My husband went to this urgent care today and we were very pleased with the level of excellent medical care given by Mary, Nurse Practitioner, and the team at this facility. There was almost no wait upon arrival and our NP was able to diagnose and effectively treat my husbands condition. I am glad that we went here instead of a different urgent care clinic or the ER. I highly recommend Superior Urgent Care! Thank you!

We were forgotten for over 30 minutes in an exam room. It would have been longer if I hadn't gone out to let the receptionist know.

I couldn't walk due to sharp pains in the bottom of my feet. They were swollen but no more than normal. I let them know it was like stabbing pains that started after wearing heavy shoes. I had it happen before and wound up with tendinitis but it also felt like a gout attack was imminent. I am a big girl, but I just had an annual visit with my doctor. They took my heart rate and it was elevated, I let them know it is because I am in constant pain and I was hoping for something to help with inflammation. They xrayed my chest and wrote up labs for heart function and sent me on my way. No help with the feet and today I have a full on gout case. She called later to tell me the xray showed no fluid around my heart or lungs I asked what to take so I can walk. She said Tylenol. Listen to your patient, look past the fat, not everything is due to that.

I just want to take a minute to express my gratitude at how quickly and efficient this office was for me earlier today when my bee sting took a turn for the worst as an extremely bad allergic reaction. Not only was the wait fast, but the staff were very professional, pleasant, and sweet to my daughter. The place was extremely clean too! Bonus points that they offer other services there as well including primary care! I plan to go there from now on!

My daughter who lives in Michigan found this Urgent Care Clinic online and I must say she couldn't have found a better place.
Thank receptionist was very helpful and the doctor was EXCELLENT!
