I absolutely LOVED David as my masseuse! He was professional, firm, and went above and beyond. He is excellent and I recommend him. The second time I went, I was with a lady that talked the WHOLE a time. It was NOT relaxing. It was a horrible experience for me. I couldn’t end the conversation, even though I tried. I think she was also a smoker because I felt so sick afterwards and I told my husband how she smelled like cigarettes and he said that the nicotine made me sick.

Gabi was great! I came in with a VERY tense body with leg pains I’ve been having for close to a year! Her expertise left me walking better than i have walked since October 2022.

Just... No. Kept me waiting 20 minutes past appointment time.
In a cramped room with a window run air conditioner 10" from my face. Unclean sheets. Too many issues to even discuss. Just... No.

Great session with Gaby! She knew exactly where to target the areas that were causing the most pain and I left more releaxed! Definitely will be coming back.

I went in as a new customer last Friday. Parking is tricky as signage isn't clear & I was told by the receptionist parking in a wrong spot might cause issues. Now my appt was at 4pm & I arrived at 3: 50 to check in. The receptionist was rushing me as she was packed & ready to leave. She gave me my forms to fill out & quickly explained the set up. I went to move my car & she walked out with me to leave. When I returned inside my massage therapist was waiting for me. He was very nice & helpful. I was shown the room & told I had 20 mins in a steam tent prior to my massage. Now this tent is sketchy. It is very dark, very small & very hot. The chair is positioned sideways so when you enter the tent you literally walk right into it. You can't see anything inside the tent & the small "window" is completely fogged up. What I wasn't expecting was the steam machine on the floor with an extremely hot hose just under my foot. I actually burned my toes on the hose. I unzipped the tent to let some steam out but it didn't help with this hot hose under my feet. I had to hold my foot up to avoid touching the hose which defeats trying to relax in the tent. My massage therapist checked on me at one point & I told him about it. He tried to help but it was awkward as I was barely dressed I just told him I would end the steam early. I didn't want him messing around my feet & I not dressed in this tent. (I only spent about 9 mins in the tent). My massage itself was very good. He spent extra time on areas giving me pain & suggested things at home to help keep them loose. I didn't eat the fruit as it was in the room uncovered when I entered & I did't feel comfortable eating it. Maybe put some saran wrap on it for safety sake. When I checked out 2 things gave me pause- 1) the receptionist left in such a hurry she didn't load my $20 gift card & the therapist tried to fix it but couldn't get it to work. 2) & the most concerning was I realized I was there alone with a man unchapperoned. The front door was locked & no one else was in the building. Personally the receptionist should be there until the last client leaves. My husband was not happy about this. Don't get me wrong, my therapist was very nice but had I known that I would be there alone with a man in such an intimate setting I would have rescheduled to a different time. The receptionist should have prepared me for this & given me the option to leave since she didn't stay. At no time was I informed of being there alone. The doors to the other rooms were open so I know I was the only client there & the front door being locked was a huge red flag that no one was watching the waiting area during my session. I thoroughly expected a call from the manager after leaving a voice mail but no one called me back. I probably would not return seeing as the receptionist never reached out after my appointment to make good on my gift card & no manager called to address my concerns mentioned above.

UPDATE: I change my rating to 1 star. For the manager to expect an excuse as " woman owned " will some how give her a pass on neglecting customer safety from uncovered food in the room, burns from a hot steam hose & leaving a woman alone with a male masseuse & saying " we don't have a receptionist " is extremely unprofessional. Her online booking shouldn't allow appts by male masseuse on women past a certain hour just like it is with males booking a female masseuse. Then NEVER calling the customer to personally apologize & ASK about her toe is aftering being burned by a hot hose. And refund me, at very least, the $20 I never got for the gift card you advertise in your spa pkg of $140 (that I paid for) The lady that checked me in was sitting at the reception desk & had me fill out paperwork, took my drink order & explained the process for my appt. If that is not a receptionist who was she, why didn't she introduce herself & why didn't ANYONE tell me I was going to be alone with a strange man & basically naked? Just to remind people- to date No One from this spa has called me. Not once.

I just had the BEST massage with Rachael today! She focused on my neck and shoulders and released so much tension. I am returning in a few days to do it again! I would highly recommend this experience with Rachael!

Lymphatic massage has been an integral part of my healing from multiple breast reconstruction surgeries. Staff are warm, friendly, and very professional. Environment is clean and relaxed.

I really wanted to like this place, it's cute, it's nicely located and has a very private feel to it but I'm not sure I'll return. Once you enter the front doors it's like you went back in time; you're surrounded by old and tacky decor. I left my massage feeling more tense than when I came in, the next day I was in discomfort so basically I wasted my money. I do believe that I need to try another therapist and give this place a fair try, not sure yet that i will do that. The therapist that I had (will not name names) gave me the pressure that I asked for but she lacked in technique as if she was very new. Her massage was more of a body rub at best and not a therapeutic massage at all. It was clear to me that she had no knowledge of anatomy but was just rubbing on the surface as firmly and as fast as she could while stopping randomly to get more and more oil. I had so much oil on me that all she could do was slide hands up and down, no muscle work as there was no grip. It was not horrible but it was not good at all either. I am picky about a true massage with a proper technique that flows harmoniously to balance energy and heal the tissues and not just rub the body with oil.

Martha has been awesome, she goes above and beyond for her patients. She goes home and researches your problems and finds more solutions for them, never shorts you on time like a lot of chains do. This has been the most consistent I've gone to any one place. And they take HSA.

This place doesn't know lymphatic massage. I came here for my first treatment and completely regretted it. Stay away!

My massage therapist is Gloria. Shout out to her because she knows her stuff. I am receiving lymphatic massages post op lipo 360 with her, and I'm so happy I decided to go with her. She's very friendly, and knowledgeable. Gloria's technique is very gentle, yet makes the body feel wonderful. I will continue to booking with Gloria for my lymphatic massage needs. The facility is nice, cozy, clean, relaxing, and inviting. I would highly recommend booking your next massage with Gloria. She has the magic touch!

I had a BBL 360 done on 12/16/22 and started my lymphatic massages with Gloria on 12/17/22 at Supernatural Massage. She made my recovery massages easy to schedule and ensured they were done correctly. NOTE: Lymphatic massages are not to be painful. I completed my 4 massages within the first week of my procedure and it felt wonderful. I was able to start moving so much easier and without a lot of pain. I was looking forward to my massages after surgery. I highly recommend Gloria at Supernatural Massage for your Lymphatic Drainage Massages. Other info: I did not have a tube drain after surgery and only had drainage the first two days; I am currently having once-a-week LDM with Gloria; and my recovery has been moving along very fast.

Had a wonderful massage by Rachael! She was really good at honing in on the problem spots and uses strong pressure where needed. Will definitely come back.
