Alex and the team did an amazing job on my car, after an accident with an uninsured driver. I believe that the car is better than before the wreck, and he was able to save me money as well.

While looking for quotes for minor damage on my Chevy Traverse, I found it difficult to have anyone even look at it. Most of the area collision centers required calling for an appointment. Arriving at Sure Shot Collision I met with Alex. He came right out, took some photos of the damage and I had a quote within 10 minutes! The price was fair and reasonable. Dramatically undercut the mainstream auto repair shop quote and timeline. Additionally they used dealer parts when Caliber told me they couldn’t get them. High class service through and through.

Brought in my vehicle with a very minor amount of bumper damage due to a family collision. Alex gave an estimate if we wanted to go through insurance to get it looking good-as-new, or an alternative if we wanted it looking good without a full removal and repaint. He also told me up-front that removing the bumper would likely require recalibration of the radar cruise control, something none of the other repair shops mentioned. Would strongly recommend and will be back if needed in the future.

Alex and his team are real professionals. This is where you want to bring your vehicle if you want your repair don’t right the 1st time. They handle all my vehicles and I couldn’t be more pleased.

We have ues alex before, so when my mom wrecked her 2010 nissan murano we took it there. I explained to alex that it was a customer pay so help me where you can (reuse cracked grill, tab missing pieces etc.) worked within our budget and made vehicle look good outside cosmedically. That was what we wanted. Ran good, good a/c and no overheating issues. Alex and co.did a GREAT job. I woulh highly recommend.

Alex/Sure Shot painted the instrument panel housing parts of my 1958 Corvette. I removed them and brought parts to him. He did a good job in a week with a reasonable price.

He was a great help, very kind and personable. My car needed some body repairs done and now it looks brand new. They were also SUPER quick getting my car back to me.
