Probably the best experience I have had. I ripped my nail off on accident and they were so quick to help me and take care of it. Everyone in there was so nice and it was a very comforting environment. HIGHLY recommended going here.

So many wonderful words for my care team today! They truly made me feel 1000% comfortable and 100000000% feel better! Thank you Dr. Sadeh, Nurse Frances, Tech Christy & Registration Staci! Yall are awesome.

Dr Mohammed is incredible. Not only has he taken great care of my condition, but also lovely to speak and explain with patience. It’s rare to find a doctor who combines such patient care and a pleasant attitude. I highly recommend him.

This place deserves more than 5 stars! I can't thank Mary enough for making the whole process seamless, she went above and beyond to help my fiancé out. The other nurses and the Doc were amazing, but HUGE shoutout to nurse Mary

I went to Surepoint ER one night for an emergency that kept me up all night and the staff were extremely rude and inconsiderate. The doctor even told me your here at 2 AM for that? I will never return to this location again.

Worst experience. I used to love surepoint as they helped me earlier this year when I was bleeding internally. Unfortunately this location is not up to par. Dr Mohammed didn’t try to help me at all. Left still in pain with no idea of what my pain could be. Last time a doctor ignored me in this way I had pancreatitis that eventually turned chronic. The nurse Mary has horrible bedside manner and is honestly extremely rude. My mom and I wished there was another nurse to help. She is very rough with her IV as well. Save your money if you actually need help.

I came here for ear pain and impacted ear for a week. The entire team was very professional. My earwax was so hard to remove as I went to 2 clinics before here to remove it and they couldn’t remove it. My nurse Brian was very kind, compassionate and experienced! He took an extra step to flush my ears to remove the whole thing out. They provided me with excellent care and I will definitely recommend this place.

They deserve stars - I walked in and they had me back for treatment before I completed my new patient info.
Dr Ahmad was outstanding - he found out I was a construction estimator and asked if I knew any good contractors. I told him I would find one and I hope he emails soon, before I go into surgery on 12/14
Nurse Brian was also excellent, he minimized my pain while waiting for the doctor
CT Tech Brandon was also excellent - made sure I was comfortable and was just great.
Staci at the front desk was also wonderful, she finished up the paperwork for me, since I forgot my reading glasses.
Was out of pain within 30 minutes and was discharged in about 2 hours (would have been faster if I could have provided a urine sample faster)
Can't underestimate how great the all the staff were and I am feeling soooooooooo much better now

Beautiful facility! Greeted by friendly staff…both Staci at the front desk and Brian the nurse did an awesome job! I was in and out in record time…if you have an emergency, I would definitely recommend this facility.

I arrived in so much pain, I could barely walk. By the time I left, I was able to walk with little to no pain. The staff was very swift, caring and informative. They talked me through my entire procedure and did their best to make me comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

The staff here is awesome! The front desk rep, nurse, doctor and rad tech were very attentive to my child’s need.

Very attentive staff, efficient and friendly. Tests resulted quickly. The nurse Bridget and Dr O’ Connor were great.
