Sure Pro did an exterior paint job for me. From receiving the initial bid to participating in the final walk through, I felt like we were in great hands all the way. The painter was very professional, accommodating, and kind. I’m a really picky person, and Phillip, the project manager, even pointed out a couple of spots he felt should be redone that I hadn’t even noticed. I couldn’t be happier with the work they did for us.

SurePro provided a competitive bid for painting the exterior trim and porch areas on our house. The work was professionally done and the crew did a good job of daily cleanup. Although the job took a bit longer than expected due to worker availability, we are overall happy with the results.

Had home exterior painted by SurePro. They did a great job and i am very pleased with the results. I had several areas of wood rot that needed replacing. During the repairs and painting there was hidden wood rot damage discovered and the additional repairs were included at no extra charge. Included for free was a meeting with a design color consult. I had a general idea of what colors I wanted but the consultant helped me narrow down the choices and the results are amazing. I have received numerous compliments. The crew was very professional and on time. Eric the owner and Phillip the project manager both oversaw the project and made sure everything was up to my expectations. I highly recommend their services and would not hesitate to use them again.

We were extremely happy with the exterior painting job performed by SurePro Painting! We had several companies bid on the job, and their pricing was the best. They were able to get us on the schedule quickly, and stayed in communication with us when the weather threatened delays. The project manager helped us with identifying which areas needed which of the two colors we had picked and we are so happy with the result. We’ll definitely be using them again in the future for any painting projects we contract out.

Eric and his team at SurePro were great. They got back to me within 24 hours of my request for a quote. We had some wood rot repaired and our whole house painted for a reasonable price. They even had a color consultant help us pick the right colors for our house. The crew was professional and prompt. We recommend them!

We recommend SurePro. Exterior - crew was focused and got the job done. While we wish we had done some things differently - been more engaged with paint materials - Chris was super responsive to our concerns afterwards and addressed our issues.

Interior (10/20) - the crew was great and provided a high quality job. We have a few minor things to address but in the end, very satisfied with the quality of the work (which included a fair amount of drywall repair). We will use Chris and team for the remainder of our painting needs.

Interior part 2 (11/21) - we had additional interior work completed. The first crew they sent in was not good. However, Eric and team willingly addressed every issue that we had and, in the end, we had another quality job which included drywall, electrical and trim work in addition to painting.

These folks do high quality work and are very professional. Very responsive to customer concerns. Highly recommend.

SurePro Painting was highly professional and the services they provided far surpassed their name. They carefully removed built-in cabinets and water damaged drywall to prepare access for plumber. When plumber was finished, they returned the very next day to insulate pipes, repair drywall, and seamlessly reinstall the built-ins. At a time when everyone in Austin was scrambling for their services, SurePro made me feel that I was their most important client. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Everyone on the team is very polite and responsive. They did a fantastic job painting the entire interior of our house. They were patient with me when we changed our minds a few times. When we pointed out lot's of little areas that needed touch-ups they fixed them promptly. They were very thorough and made sure we were satisfied with their work before they were finished. Eric was very responsive to my out-of-the-box request to reframe the exterior of my new replacement windows. His team went though a few options and selected the best for my house. Looks great and all sealed up nicely! Plus a 3 year warranty if a seam or paint fails. Awesome!

We had SurePro come out and paint the trim and garage doors on our house. The process was so simple! A quick email and visit and I had a competitive quote in hand. The work was performed professionally, on-time and with pride. For example, after one point there was some paint coming up on the garage door edge - which was totally my fault for opening the door (the paint was dry, but I should have waited). Before I could even ask about it, the guys had it fixed and cleaned up. The subs were really great and took pride in what they were doing. Straight lines, multiple coats and really good masking. They did the job right, on time, for the price agreed upon. What more can you ask for? I won't go anywhere else for my future house painting needs. You shouldn't either.

SurePro was quick to come for our exterior trim repair and painting. Chris was very thorough in estimate, taking pictures and answering questions. They were our second estimate and were very reasonably priced. The work was done quickly and thoroughly. There was great communication and frequent updates throughout the process, and a very thorough final walk through to inspect the work with the owner himself when the job was complete. The carpentry and paint work was done well and we were very pleased. Highly recommend!

We were looking for a painter to scrape, float, and repaint the popcorn ceiling in our kitchen and living room (about 500 sq ft total) and found SurePro on Yelp. Their estimate was the most competitive out of the three estimates we got, and Chris, our estimator and project manager, was sincere about doing the best job for us. Even though there were some hiccups in the process that extended the length of the job, I was happy with how Chris and SurePro handled it and I was also happy with how the end results looked like. I would highly recommend SurePro Painting again.
