He made me feel very comfortable and thoroughly explained the procedure and answered all my questions about the Procedure, before he started. Our visit was outstanding. Dr. Shakir spent a long time treating my 96 year old mother’s leg wound. He has done this consistently over several visits and her health situation is getting much better. We are all so grateful for his attention to detail, his expertise, and absolute patience in helping our mother.

Dr Shakir is friendly and professional. My surgical outcome was successful. However, throughout my few visits, I found the support staff to be difficult to deal with. Late/lack of return phone calls or emails, incomplete answers to questions, poor coordination with patient when scheduling surgery all created unnecessary anxiety.
