Love Dedicated Dental! Everyone is so nice and they're really great about making sure you get all your appointments scheduled ahead of time, so you don't have to worry about it later.

I have gone to Dedicated Dental for almost three years now and Dr. Kim has always been a great dentist for me. She is very kind, establishes rapport with her patients, and maintains a clean well-run office.

I’ve been going to Dr Kim for 2 years now and she’s been great! She is so nice and wonderful at explaining things. The hygienists are very sweet and gentle. It’s refreshing going to a dentist office where you don’t feel uncomfortable or made to feel dumb!

The staff are very helpful and kind. Dr. Kim is really through and takes the time to explain everything before every procedure.

I began seeing Dr. Kim since she first opened. She is my family's dentist. We have seen her office and staff go through changes over the years however Dr. Kim herself is still the honest and skillful dentist that I met years ago.

Dr. Kim is wonderful. She is very patient with my low pain tolerance during procedures and is always kind and understanding. My husband and I have been going to Dedicated Dental for 3 years now and this has been our best dental experience by far.

Dr. Kim is okay. She explains things clearly even though she misses out major points at times. Her staff isn't bad either except one of the front end staff members. I have never felt her friendly. Her forte is 'scheduling' even before letting the patients know of the pricing. My son was 'scheduled' for a filling recently and she promised me to email me the pricing. Since the email never showed up, I did not show up for filling. When I brought this up the next time, she said I did not provide the office with my email address and that's why she couldn't email me. Well, she had my phone number and if they were so caring about the patients, they would have called me for my email address. Would they have waited if I owed them some payment? There you go.
That's for one. Secondly, the staff isn't patient to check if a particular treatment is covered under the patient's insurance. They wanted to just proceed with the treatment (for instance flouride treatment) right away. I got mine checked after repeatedly asking them to check with my insurance before them actually did it. Thirdly, there are no complimentary dental kit from this office after the cleaning. Just mentioning it here though it isn't a big deal.

I have now been a patient of Dr. Kim for almost 20 years. I had porcelain veneers done on my front teeth by Dr. Kim, and I have received so many compliments on them. They turned out so beautiful! I used to be afraid of going to the dentist for so many years, but Dr. Kim has changed all that for me. She is thorough and gentle with her hands when working on me. She listens actively when I tell her about my concerns. I am more than pleased with Dr. Kim and her wonderful staff!

Dr Kim is a great doctor! She is very kind and caring. Explains everything thoroughly. The hygienist and the rest of the staff are also great. Very welcoming office.

The Dentist is good, but the office is really hard to be reached out. Never get someone to pick up the phone every single time I call, and never have reminder of coming appointment. Wondering if it is still running the business.
