Sushi Bachi reviews
15This is my first time buying here. I ordered 3 servings and they only put two in my package. The sushi also looks very scary.very disappointed. This is the first and last time I order here.
Horrible experience! I seldomly go since it’s a pretty basic spot but I didn’t want to drive far. Food was below average but the customer service was THE worst. When I called to place the order, the young lady that answered, said hello, as if it was a house or her own phone. When I picked up my order, I thought I didn’t get ginger and wasabi so I asked for it. Long story short, the Young lady at the counter was extremely rude. I could definitely tell she didn’t like her job and she didn’t want to be there. Young and immature speaking to a customer that way and unprofessional. Will never go back. Her name was Helen.
This is not a true sushi place and I would recommend against it. I was traveling through and just ordered here, and totally disappointed. Flavor was so so, but tuna was close to being ready to throw out, same with salmon, only tolls no sushi or shashimi. Go elsewhere if you want decent sushi! Grocery store sushi is better!
Nice and clean spot. The ladies there are very nice and offered me some free miso soup, which was very delicious!
By the time they served, I was passed out from hunger, and I wouldn't recommend this place because the wait was long enough for me to get a manicure and a massage next door
Very good and delicious food, pleasant atmosphere, spectacular service, they look for just what you want to eat and prepared at the moment. I recommend it to you
Cute atmosphere. Friendly staff. Unfortunately the food itself fell very short for me. If you really like sushi, this is not it. Everything was SO SWEET. No spice at all whatsoever.both of my rolls were drowning in sauces, one of which didn’t indicate had any sauce on it on the menu.the hibachi bowl, was a flavorless and meat was dry.
Since when did sushi bachi in Aubrey used frozen chicken nuggets for their Korean chicken bowl? !? No ma'am. I go for lunch often and this is not the same chicken. Very disappointed in this business. The worker also said that they use chicken nuggets. No way i have never gotten it like this. This bowl here was $15. What a freaking waste of my money. Just Lost a customer!
Hibachi food is fantastic.steak and shrimp good.
Crunch roll is good.texas roll is good
They stop taking orders at 8.30pm. They should just post on maps that they close at 8.30pm instead of 9pm.
Drove the distance for nothing.
I’ve ordered a take out from this place a million times before and it always been great, but this time we decided to dine-in. Bad decision. It was the first time I’ve been outside of my house for the last 3 weeks, cause my 4.5yo son broke his leg and had to stay home in spica cast. This was his first time outside since he fell as well. We were able to transport him to his favorite sushi place to distract him from being locked in our living room, cause he asked for sushi. We’ve ordered some food and were notified that they were busy and the waiting time would be 20-30 minutes, that we agreed on. That was the first time I regretted leaving tips, cause I’d never received a service that would worth it. 1 hour of waiting and still no food. 2 kids were struggling sitting and waiting. Finally, when they were about to finish preparing my order, one of the employees started flipping chairs on top of the tables, so the atmosphere was totally ruined. When we received our order, no plates, wasabi, soy sauce, ginger or chopsticks were offered, so I had to ask for it and we decided to leave the place and eat at home. One of the employee was super nice, but it was not helpful in terms of waiting. A lot of people were stopping by to pick up their online orders, so I thought that the priority for a cook was to prepare online take-outs first and dine-in last. This was my first and last attempt to dine-in here. Do not recommend! Very disappointed, that they can’t accomplish dine-in orders in decent amount of time. 1 hour is insane, taking into consideration that their logo states it’s express.
Food is stale. I ordered takeout. The shrimp tempura looked and tasted store bought like the ones you'd buy from Costco. Sushi rice was mushy. Wasabi was weak.
I precisely asked the cashier if they packed chop sticks and napkins. Came home and found none of it.
Spend a bit more and get better food elsewhere.
Shaggy dog roll was very very delicious! Can’t wait to try more of their rolls. The ingredients were fresh and construction of the roll was great. I don’t have a photo because I was too excited to eat it but visually it looked pleasing as well.
My recent sushi delivery experience from Sushi Bachi left me disappointed. While the delivery driver was prompt and courteous, the fault lies with the restaurant's failure to meet their usual quality standards. One of the main reasons I chose Sushi Bachi was their reputation for fresh, hot sushi. However, this time, the sushi arrived cold, which was a letdown. I had expected the taste of freshly prepared and warm sushi, but it did not meet my expectations.
Consistency is crucial for any restaurant, and this lapse in quality suggests a lack of attention to detail and quality control in Sushi Bachi's kitchen. The delivery driver was not at fault, as they handled the situation well and ensured a timely delivery. I hope Sushi Bachi takes this feedback constructively and works towards improving their operations to regain their reputation for serving fresh and hot sushi.
In conclusion, the disappointing sushi delivery from Sushi Bachi fell short of expectations due to the cold sushi and lack of attention to detail. I sincerely hope Sushi Bachi addresses these concerns and makes the necessary improvements to regain customers' trust.
Friendly staff and great food! Always hot and fresh (:
We eat here for lunch multiple times a month
