Sushi Freak reviews
17This was the best poki bowl experience I have had. The staff was knowledgeable about ingredients containing gluten and even used fresh utensils to prep food and avoid cross contamination. They were super helpful and friendly when the kids dropped our fountain drink cups on the floor before we had a chance to fill them and provided new cups. Overall the food was great but the outstanding service is what made the experience over the top!
The best place to lose weight, great food, great service and finally the atmosphere inside the restaurant is great! Definitely recommend this place to all who love seafood etc. Wonderful and very nice workers in here.
Every time I come here I am always satisfied with the service I receive! Elizabeth does a great job at keeping the place in shape! The restaurant is always clean, and the food is always 10/10. Highly recommend to all sushi lovers.
I opened up my food to reveal this gem yesterday, oh and if you zoom in there's a hair on the ginger in the bottom right hand corner. Over $42 spent on these two rolls.
So I’ve had this during the weekend and the fish seems to be decent. I ate this on weekday once and it gave me the runs. I’m afraid to go back
So this is the second time I have ever ate a sushi freak. The first time was a location in Albuquerque and it was a thing of nightmares. Worst like 48 hours of my life after eating at that location. The whole nine yards awful. So when I say I was suuuuuuuuuuuper super hesitant to try again it's from the bottom of my soul. I'm so freaking glad I did try again though because uuuuuuuum YUUUUUUUM! I WAS SO PLEASE WITH EVERY BITE OF MY SUSHI BURRITO. The teriyaki chicken combo is going to be dinner but I already took a few bites while it was fresh and again I can't say how happy I am to have given this chain a second chance. The staff was amazing as well. Really help make me feel better about eating. 10/10
Don't recommend the spicy tuna sushi and this is coming from a sushi however, this isn't it. Even sushi from Albertson's or Sam's tastes better than this. But at least staff was friendly though and the place looks clean. However, they have almost no variety of fountain drinks. MIGHT come back and try another plate.
I ordered the "crazy" roll, and it was so good! My wife ordered shrimp tempura, and it was delicious!
The best customer service I’ve had in awhile and trust me—I’ve been to a lot of restaurants. Super happy and will be back soon.
The food heres is amazing and the staff is friendly with great customer service this is my sushi place of choice
Every time I order here the quality declines. This is what I received today. Browning avocado and little to no shrimp. Rice was hard as well.
I go here often. Sushi Freak is a great place for people who like to choose all of the ingredients that are in your meal. Food is fresh and delicious.
I don’t come here very often, so I wasn’t aware of their happy hour special. So when the gentleman went to charge me I wasn’t sure if he had charged everything. When I asked him and showed me the receipt he clarified it for me. Meanwhile the 3 girls working there were making rude comments! Specially the white fat short one. They need to have better customer service.
Been there a few times, and I think my favorite dish is the Poke Bowl, their sushi is pretty good, but I think the bowls are outstanding. Everything is very fresh.
My kids love the poke bowl, and their seaweed salad is very tasty.
They have fountain drinks, but are neither Pepsi nor Coke, but a brand called Stubborn.
They are ok, I liked the orange hibiscus the best.
The Sushi Burritos here are half the size of other Sushi Freak restaurants I've been too. I'm not sure if it's just this restaurant or maybe the cook today but that's unacceptable. This is not worth the money they charge. This is not a "Burrito"
Service has been declining for a while: (
Been a couple of times that they forget to include our sauces.last time we went with the intention to dine in, we walked in at 7: 02 pm and they told us they were closing at 7: 30.with their hours posted on the door clearly showing they close at 8.
After my first time trying this place I can say it has become one of my go to locations for Poke, it's just good food. I really like this place and I'm glad to have found it as I've been looking for a good sushi place in El Paso for a while. Highly recommend sushi freak, try their bowls. Parking is vast and accessible.
