Just ran in to get one item. Found a great variety of items not found in my city stores.great associates help us to car with our new finds. Thanks for a great experience we will come back soon.

Re-sorted and moved everything around. Can't find anything.
But it was only the second time in since the change.

The store was clean, good selection of items I needed, and store personnel were knowledgable and helpful.

These employees actually will help you and not send you to one place after another. They take you to find what you are needing. The friends and family rewards is amazing. I wish there was one closer to Burkburnett but is so worth driving to!

They are really making improvements to the store. Once completed it will be super. So inviting as you enter to be greeted by the spacious furniture section.

Awesome place they have anything for what you're looking for friendly staff very cooperative if I can't fine a item they talk to you asking if I need help with something I like that.good place to shop for all your needs garden and garage.

I went to buy a light fixture for my garage. Reasonably priced. Store a little bit overloaded in the aisles.

Will not be back. Would like to give minus stars. Rude manager, no customer service, produce marked wrong, got item rang up wrong at register by manager then they tried to load us up with even another wrong item took another trip back to still get the same thing done again! On top of that they all could have cared less!

The associate who helped went way above the call of duty. She was overly helpful in every fashion.

Closest thing to an old-school hardware store you will find in the area, locally owned and staffed with friendly folks. Great place to just browse!

Sutherlands is great they have it all and then some. Great people working there to help you get what you need. And very friendly.

Lots of supplies but few staff to assist. The staff that is there do their best but electric for example had to call for help and that person was tied up.
Found a lamp I loved but $181.00 too steep for me.

I like the layout of the store. The staff is very knowledgable and friendly. And what a diverse selection of products. Love it

You need to get better selection of rose bushes better selection of dwarf fruit trees.

Aslo put toys for kids at back of store dont have room for regular merchandise

A little disorganized, but they have plenty of nice rustic stuff that no one else has to offset that problem. And always friendly help.
