Suzie's Pastry Shoppe, Houston TX

Delicious! I'm so glad I found this spot. And the workers are very nice and helpful. I didn't recognize half of the things they offer, but they didn't mind my questions.

Amazing quality, very delicious! But what a horrible waiting time! Weekdays and especially weekends!
Please hire more people

Customer service is bad. The young Spanish lady (the taller one) is rude. She doesn't even want to serve. I don't know why she is there. But their cake and baklava is the best. I wish I could go back but that lady is rude and unprofessional.

Our friend from Houston gave us a box of goodness from this store 3 years ago, still dreaming about it until yesterday we were able to go to the store itself and buy some. Right when you enter the store you don't even know where or what to look at first because they all look so appetizing and tastes really good I can attest to that! Will surely drive 10 hours just to go back to this store again! We got a variety of stuff and a cake

A million thanks for Suzie's because they brought me back to the middle east with each bite of their tasty sweets. Fresh & delicious baklava, kenafa, and petit four. Looking forward to try their cake soon.

The owner is very sweet. I went there last 3 days with my sister who just moved from California snd my daughter and we really enjoyed the Turkish coffee, kunafa and to go baklava! Thank you Suzie for the hard work and the taste.

When to hire someone it’s better to check how they deal with the customers, such impolite rude unprofessional woman at the reception where we had to wait 10 mns she didn’t ask us what we want and when we did she replied in an aggressive way.

If there is zero star i will use it, very bad service and place, they don't know how to treat people with respect, and they are overpriced
i don't recommend this place at all and definitely i'm not gonna deal with them again

The pastries are ok but over priced. The customer service isn’t good not sure if the young lady didn’t like what I had on or something because she was quite friendly to the other people that walked in. No hello no have a nice day nothing. I had questions but I was already getting looks walking in so I just decided to get what looked familiar and left. Probably won’t be returning. The pastries definitely saved this review. I got a pastry that was like their take on a churro but it was gross. Super greasy and was not at all like the description.

Worse place and bad customer service specially from the owner and don’t recommend it.the owner need to learn more about business customer service.the people pay money to get service no matter food or other thing.don’t forget the prices!

Best Baklava, cake and kunafa in Houston. Very comfy and nice atmosphere. Prices are kinda reasonable and the staff is really friendly!

Seriously delicious goodies here. EXCELLENT place to go for a quite little bite if you have a sweet tooth. The owners/workers were ridiculously friendly and kind, and they even let me try something before I bought it. Very clean. And they seem to put passion in their pastry making. Can't beat it.
