This company was contacted by my insurance to use their judgment on foundation shifting causing sewer line to break. Being a sewer line I had to have repaired immediately and filed claim afterwards. They took no consideration of the provided pictures and documents I provided and access points I showed them. Their results were negative in my vague case. Fast forward 9 months and the continuing shifting foundation caused a slab water leak causing even more damage.
My documents where never professional enough for them, I can understand this part as the plumber I had fix in a pinch wasn’t very through but didn’t appreciate ignoring all signs of shifting issues.
