Sweet Rice reviews
20This is our favorite Thai food place around. The food is always great and we have a hard time breaking from our usual order because it is so good! We LOVE the pineapple fried rice and the pad Thai with tofu. Even a 2 can be spicy, so heads up. If you have never been, I can not recommend it highly enough.
I had the Duck Fat Fried Rice +4 spicy and ut was incredible. I will be having again! Service was friendly and quick!
Walked at 12: 30 for lunch and the restaurant was empty, but I stayed anyway. Waitress said have a seat anywhere, but all the tables needed a wipe down. In the end, I’m glad I stayed because the food was good.
The best thing about eating here is it’s close to home. The chicken dishes taste more like vegetarian dishes due to the lack of protein you get and they have somehow never heard of red chili paste.
I ordered the pineapple fried rice and it was delicious! The restaurant doesn’t have an upbeat vibe, but the food make up for it.it’s the perfect place to come of you’d like to have a quiet lunch or dinner. The staff was very friendly and my food came super quick. The ingredients used tasted fresh and well cooked. I’d visit again!
I ordered dinner thru Google using Door Dash. They brought the wrong order. I called to speak with the Manager of Sweet Rice. She did not offer to fix my order, replace any food or provide any refund info. She just kept saying "you call them" without giving a number or who to call. Basically she told me tough luck. EXTREMELY rude and unhelpful manager and she hung up on me. I will never order from them again.
My first and last time ordering from here unfortuantely. I'm so disappointed at the quality and portion of food that I received. My order of beef broccoli in which I paid for "extra beef" looked like the picture. I separated the beef to ensure I wasn't going crazy. "Where's the beef? ! " It didn't get any better with the sweet & sour chicken. The Tom Kha soup had barely a coconut flavor and lots and lots of onions. You can't add veggies to make it look plentiful and skip on the chicken & beef.
There were however; a few good things: the fried rice flavor was tasty, the sweet & sour chicken's flavoring was good, the fried spring rolls were yummy and the young man at the front was pleasant!
I paid over $100 for this order.this made no sense.
First and last time I will go here the food was nasty. My egg rolls (pork) was not done so I hope I don't get sick from the one Bite I took
Visited at 9 pm and received cold Pho with raw meat (due to cold broth).
Disappointing visit overall.
I tried Pad thai, pad Kee mow, green curry and Duck fat fried rice. Portion size is good. Just make sure you get the spicy level right for you. My favorite was Duck fat fried rice. Today i had an issue with the online order from Uber Eats. Justin made it right. Their service is top notch.
Omg I didn't take photos but it was really good and legit Thai food! I had the coconut shrimp and the pork skewers with sticky rice. That sauce with the skewers.amazing! I wanted to just dip everything in it. I will definitely try the som tum and pad thai next time - my markers for judging Thai food.
Tried as a substitute for Chilli Thai which has closed and was very disappointed. Portion sizes are small, pad thai was just OK but contained very little protein. Papaya salad was seasoned excessively with fish sauce and half a rotten looking crab.
The young lady and the owner were both VERY nice! But, I'm so sad my pad Thai was NOT good at all! The noodles were VERY chewy and rubbery! They put very little chicken, which was disappointing, not enough for even a kids meal. The mango sticky rice was ok, but the white sauce tasted salty? I'm not sure why it would taste salty.
My #1 go to for Thai - I've tried many of their dishes and have not been disappointed with anything.
Ordered green curry for pickup and it wasn't ready on time. However, it was delicious (albeit a bit spicy compared to other green curries). The portion was generous and I would definitely come back to try other menu items.
Delicious food, better than the best Thai food I had. Good spice level, it’s actual spicy not like the Dallas restaurants
This is a great place to have lunch. The server was friendly and helpful. The Pad Thai was very delicious and the coconut shrimp was good. Thai tea was very good. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
Messed up order didn’t care about it though, after replacing rice it’s still was soggy and wet the manager refused to make it right by a customer. The 2 boys upfront has horrible customer service skills, the one today was more focused on the company he had visiting him at work (girls).
Update: they have changed to portion size to really small and didn't change the prices. I’m taking this place off my list for take out.
We have ordered a few times. It’s pretty good. That have messed up the order, but if you go back they fix it.
The pad thai was perfect, yellow curry was so good and fried rice was excellent. Its a good place for Thai food.
