Sweet Sneaux, Pearland TX

Came due to all the Great Reviews! Sadly let down as soon as walking in the music was not the kind you would play in what seems a family-oriented establishment. Very vulgar, it was then changed after about 1 minute of playing to play another explicit song! Went on ordering because of all the hype. I really wanted a snow cone! The young lady taking the order rolls her eyes halfway through. I only ordered (4), and they were very simple orders. Customers coming in, she rolls her eyes. I'm just going to say not a friendly person to be in customer service. We got our snow cones, and the order was all wrong. I didn't even want to bother getting it corrected due to time and didn't have the energy to deal with attitude! It was not a great experience! Maybe my snow cone would have been better if it had been made correctly!

Go to the Sno Cone lady. She had better customer service, better ice and better flavors. First off, the place is dirty. There’s trash literally everywhere in the store. Second, the customer service at this location sucks. The people are rude and don’t want to do their jobs. I arrived before the store closed and the girl there lied and said that she had no ice. Don’t waste your time like I did; go to sno cone lady. You will have a much better and tastier experience.

Staff is unprofessional went to purchase and a young lady said she was too busy and went out to talk to males in a vehicle without taking my order staff needs to do better! I used to come here all the time but it’s too many children not doing their job

I’m from New Orleans, and was really looking forward to trying this place. The IG pictures of the sno balls alone made me want to drive from Richmond to Pearland to try it out. Luckily, I happened to be in the area today and went in to try it out. First of all I was shocked at the wait time for the snowballs. I’ve never seen people wait so long for a snowball, and it was not close to being crowded. That could’ve been overlooked until I saw the customer service. They both looked so unhappy to be there. I stood at the register waiting. They looked at me and turned their back. After a few minutes she took my order. Not a smile, not a hello … No warmth. They both just looked so unhappy to be there. I watched People get their orders and not one thank you or have a nice day … Finally I got my order and I said thank you.she didn’t crack a smile or say anything. Also, I asked for my sno ball without condensed milk and you would’ve thought I asked for the impossible. Overall, the Snoballs are great!

This place is not what I expected from the reviews. The staff is not welcoming at all! I wanted 4 flavors on my snow cone was told I can only get 3. I told them I would pay for the 4th flavor and they told me no. When I asked for a reason why I could not pay for a 4th flavor they could not tell me. I will take my business to the Redwagon. Been coming here trying to give them a chance and have been let down for the 3rd time! It really has potential but management need to take a look at who they hire.

My husband and I were on vacation and decided to try sweet sneaux. There have been so many mixed reviews regarding their customer service but I wanted to see for myself. Now granted they close at 8 pm and we arrived at 7: 30 pm for a snow cone. They ran out of ice! Well that's what my husband was told before a lady walks out with a snow cone and the person working locks the door. This is Ridiculous! You never know how far people travel to visit your establishment! Good thing The Snow Cone Lady is still open. We had a very pleasant experience at her shop and the snow is amazing! Great flavor and Great attitude! Wish I could say the same about this place! But this place is a ZERO out of 10 for professionalism! Taste I couldn't.so yeah Zero! Stop patronizing black owned businesses with workers that have nasty attitudes! But let me show grace because maybe she's having a bad day! Still be polite no matter what, you never know who your customer is.

I wanted to try snowballs for the first time tonight. We got there at 740p and they were waiting on a lady and her son. After waiting about 5 mins another young lady came from the back of the store and informed the 3 of us that they were closed after that order. The 3 of us plus the lady behind us with her 4 kids were turned away 15 minutes before closing. Not sure if I want to give them a second chance.

Absolutely filthy inside and gross The employees were 4 teenagers being loud and talking and acting like it was their living room. We waited over 10 minutes for one snow cone with only two other customers in the building

First time here and it doesn't look overly inviting but don't let that stop you from stopping by for an amazing sneaux cone! A rainbow of flavors to tease your tastbuds and the speciality cones are insane with real fruit and cakes and creams plus the incredible syrups to take your cone to the stratosphere. If you enjoy snow cones I think you will love Sweet Sneaux.

After seeing how good the sno cones looked on IG, me and my daughter went to check them out, We passed it up the first time because it’s located in a gas station parking lot, and you don’t see it until you pass it, The inside is not what you’d expect, but it was clean and smelled of pine soil, The sno cones we bought were absolutely delicious, BUT the customer service was awful, one was sitting off to the side behind the counter eating Chick-fil-A,

The other was just looking, No hello, no welcome or nothing, I know you need staff but please work on that customer service, I will give it another go because those sno cones are good to us. I love to see business thrive and grow. But that horrible customer service will make you not want to come back.

I wanted to love it! But they were out of Beignets, and cheese so we couldn’t get the two things we went there for. I really went there for the crawfish nachos. The sneaux had too much liquid if that’s a thing… it was like a slushy. The service was just okay… we paid for candy and didn’t get it. Every place isn’t perfect but I really wanna love this place so if this helps… that’s amazing.

This was my go to spot but this is my second time going and the snowball is just mostly ice in the middle. They use to be very good with the amount of syrup that was being added.

Unprofessional staff. The "snow" was not fine at all. Lots of big ice chunks to make this more of a juice with ice vs a snow cone/cup. I wouldn't return.

The beignets were literally raw. The dough was still stretchy. And when I told the lady she was like they already come made and they just reheat it. Then she tried to say that it was supposed to be mushy and stretchy. Beignets are supposed to be like bread. Even the snowcones don't look like the picture. I'm starting to feel ill from the raw dough. The beignets don't look like the pictures and it tastes like grease. There was nothing sweet about it besides the look of the powdered sugar.

Came in tonight and was greeted with a smile and a giggle. Great snowball (wedding cake w/condensed milk). Will be back! Yum yummy yum yum!

This place wasn’t what I expected it to be. It’s located in a shopping center near a gas station. I almost passed it. There’s parking out front. Before you enter the establishment you can purchase crawfish. Once inside there’s a huge selection of snowballs to choose from and they come in various sizes starting at 8oz for $3. I wanted to order a specialty one but they were out of the flavor I wanted to try. My son ordered a bubble gum snow cone. We had a choice of three colors so we decided on yellow. The snow cone was very good! The flavor is on point and the texture of the snow is just right. They accept Apple Pay. The service was fine as well. I gave 3 stars because the place was a bit unkempt and the restroom was out of order. All in all the snow cones are top notch but wanted to share an overall honest opinion.

Last min trip to peatland to try their snowballs and we was not disappointed. Even my baby enjoyed her dads
