Self serve yogurt with a variety of flavors and toppings. Everything was working fine in there and the topping bar was full with a clean counter, plus lots to choose from. The price was as expected and we enjoyed it. We stayed in and I noticed the cashier was an introvert but came out of her shell if you talked to her and made her comfortable. No worries about that. As every place now, it also asks if you would like to tip. Not to start a debate on that, but it is self service and you throw your own trash so I dont approve 20% but I will give a couple of dollars for ringing me up. It was a rainy and windy day so the floors were in need of a touch up but folks were constantly coming in and not wiping their feet. A rug was provided at the front door. We will definately come back again. Their prices did seem to be a bit less. We spent $18 I believe for 3 so not bad at all. There was plenty of seating and the tv was on for added entertainment.

The frozen yogurt and toppings are good.
The issue with this store is that's its honestly gross feeling when you're in there. The long white bench for seating needs to be replaced. The walls need to be repainted. The whole place needs a deep clean.

The frozen yogurt and toppings tasted terrible. Very low quality. The floor and tables were so sticky and dirty, definitely not cleaned since the night before. The staff was nice, though.

Came by over the weekend and the store seems to be doing better... The new bigger lady they have there is si kind and friendly... Only eish they had the pineapple back) : Customer Service was outstanding!

This is a great place to get ice cream, I love their different flavor selection. However I think the place can use some cleaning, deep cleaning for that matter. The floors are so dirty and sticky and it seems like that doesn’t bothers the work at all.

It is so sad to see our favorite yogurt place falling apart, the smell, the dirty floor and the broken yogurt machines make our experience so disappointing.

The place has a variety of flavors and many toppings. Staff is welcoming and friendly but man they need to work in cleaning their floors. It was really dirty.
I wouldn’t go back but definitely recommend that to the owner.

The yogurt was really good has a lot of selections for toppings. My only complaint was that the two girls working Night Shift, gave us nasty stares as if we were stealing. We’re not polite at all and both had ditch faces. Lol

I was thinking of going, but the reviews for the last few months say it is really dirty inside, and if they don't keep it clean where you can see, that makes me very concerned about how clean the yogurt machines are kept, bacteria grows quickly in those machines, and the owners response has been the same, that they emphasize that it should be clean, but apparently isn't doing it

Lots of different yogurt flavors and toppings. But the place is filthy. The floors, tables and chairs look really bad and dirty. Bummer because my kid loves this place.

Place is super dirty, floors, counters, tables and chairs outside are dirty and can not even sit, I ask the girls at the counter why is like that and she do not even say a word, 2 girls at this time 7/29/2022 at 7: 28, I took pictures of need it

This self-service frozen yogurt bar is spacious, clean, and staffed with seemingly friendly employees. In addition to frozen yogurt, gelato is offered. The selections of toppings are numerous. I find it somewhat helpful that nutritional information is printed near the self service machines.

We love Sweet Frog! Every time we come we get greeted and great service. They have a large selection of yogurt flavors and new flavors frequently. Large selection of toppings ranging from candy, nuts and fresh fruit. There are however a few places they could improve. The floors and tables end up sticky throughout the day and could use wiping down and mopping. Also the bench seat is worn out and the padding coming loose. Overall though, this is definitely a great place to stop.

My kiddos and I come in here all the time and love it. The manager is really friendly and most of the teenagers that work here are too. The frozen yogurt is the best around and there are so many toppings to choose from. The only downfall is that the tables and floors are often dirty or sticky and the recent music change isn’t very kid friendly. Not sure if this is an employee choice in music today (we came in 07/23/22, around 1: 00), but the music was pretty loud and had some inappropriate lyrics that even my 3 year old caught. It doesn’t have to be Christian music, but music that’s kid friendly would be nice! ️

Yogurt is great! But the customer service needs more improvement. Whoever was working today and checked us out had a very nasty attitude and was super monotone. We hope it improves in the future as we love the froyo.

Customer service is absolutely horrible at this location. For a place that touts themselves as a Christian establishment the hypocrisy displayed behind poor customer service is laughable. We will never return.

Great customer service compared to the one in hwy 26 nothing close for now one this is my place bye hwy 26

We Love sweet frog. Always clean and courteous not to mention the great yogurt and toppings.
