Company lies about services you recieve under plans. Call a local plummer and have them quote you to put in a water softner. Their pricing is more expensive than other providers by far and their product is basic. If i could give them 0 stars I would.

Gina was on time, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The information she provided helped us feel confident in making an informed decision when purchasing our water treatment system.

We bought the entire system. I like the system; however, if I had to do it again I wouldn't. The customer service is the worse I ever experienced. Other companies have the same or similar system and they have great customer service.

Marek with Sweet water services has been on time, helpful and professional each time he has provided services for our system. Our system works great and he always explains everything thoroughly. My only negative experience with this company has been actually getting appointments made. I have called on several occasions to make appointments and am told someone will call me back right away but they do not. I usually wait a week to give them time to return the call and wind up having to call back a second time.

I have owned this system for 10 years without an issue. I can’t imaging my home without it. Furthermore, Gina continues to help my clients with their needs. She is very knowledgeable and treats my clients the way I would. Great service Gina. Thank you.

Had Reyes come over to our home for a service
message that came up on our system. Even though all our filters had been changed out in April he assumed that was the issue and proceeded to change the filters in the outside unit. After he was done my wife came out and asked him if what he did took care of the problem to which he very rudely replied “ there was a problem? ” Now I don’t know if it was because we were his last appointment of the day, or he was tired, it was hot outside; but he disrespected my wife. I was cordial and polite with this guy, even offered him cold water several times because I knew how hot it was outside. Literally 30 minutes after him leaving we got the same service message on our system outside, called sweetwater and Ashley told us that a person with greater knowledge would be reaching out to us to schedule a service to come out and fix the problem, that was 12 business days ago (since August 9th) and we haven’t heard anything. I never want to see Reyes on my property again for fear of what I might do or say to this guy. As for sweetwater, we’re still waiting on a resolution to our problem. Would I recommend sweetwater, maybe. Would I recommend this guy Reyes. NO! Get your stuff together sweetwater. These units aren’t cheap and the customer service you provide should be on par to the price tag associated with your water softeners.

I was expecting to lesson to an individual speak and in turn I bought the system, because I saw the great benefit…. Thanks to Frank, awesome guy!
